They replaced the roof and siding on my home. The total **** to the insurance company was ****** for **** SQFT home. 45 thousand dollars later, internet cable was cut, several circuit breakers blown, and AC damaged. Now they refuse to provide any warranty. Crooked company I would stay away from

I have been dealing with this company for the past 8 months. There has been no communication between any of their employees. I have been lied to multiple times and it has been proven, to the point were they will be issuing a refund check to me. I am on my third agent now to try and resolve the issues. Low and behold, he will not answer my calls or return my messages. I am holding my last check from the insurance agent in my hand and I will not be releasing the check until they even exchange the refund they owe me. I was told I would get my refund in 4-6 weeks, but now they are telling me that they need their money first!. I have been advised from my insurance agent to not release the check until they give me my refund. He has seen it too many times that a private adjuster will not follow through on the refund. Im now on the phone with another employee stating she will talk with her manager to try and make this work. Not to mention, one employee came to pick up a check from me before install and she stated that she had just quit the company. Also... Their name has appeared different multiple times on documents that I receive from them! NRC restoration Specialist, Restoration builders of ********, Neighborhood **************** to name a few

This company is pathetic. I've been stuck in a contract with them for almost a year now with no results. Each time you talk to them they lie through their teeth and guarantee you a great outcome with 100% confidence.Now for the past 2 months the adjuster assigned to me won't answer his phone and neither will his boss. Go with Style Exteriors or a smaller local company.

Hard to get ahold of. Took forever to get them to do my roof and still havent received warranty information 3 weeks after roof completed and fully paid.
