On December 9th I took my vehicle to J&Z auto Repair **** to have the timing belt changed. Approximately 1 month later, I was phoned to be advised that i needed the camshaft and all of the parts listed on the attached invoice in order for my vehicle to work properly. My vehicle stood in the shop for two months and to my dismay the total invoice was $5,899.24 which included two pages of an abundant amount of parts and labor. I paid and left with my vehicle. Less than ***** miles (e.g., 3 weeks later), I was on the expressway and heard an abundantly loud knocking sound. I immediately pulled over for the safety of passengers to find that there was a problem with the engine and I needed my vehicle towed. I continuously called the owner, ****, and left messages but to my dismay, he did not answer nor return my calls. I finally was able to get in contact with him and he told me to bring my vehicle in and that he would take a look at it. When I went to the shop to find out what the problem was, I was told that there was a problem with the pressure of the camshaft when, in fact, his company had changed the camshaft.Initial Complaint

I took my vehicle for a radiator repair on 08/19/2021 to J ********** Repair and was told they would repair it... When i went to pick it up on 08/20/2021 they told me it had a new radiator and that it was repaired properly .. I paid $1,065.62 and i noticed it had damages in the rear seats and stains from the antifreeze inside the car as well as a used radiator .. The vehicle is a 2017 grand Cherokee with ****** miles on it ... I went back on 08/23/2021 and showed **** (the manager/owner) the damages. he claimed that he was 100 percent sure that it wasn't his shop ... And claimed he couldnt do anything about the damages as well as saying that the radiator is brand new when it is apparent that it isn't... I went back after two days of the repair because his shop is closed on weekends ... Please i need this resolved as those damages are very expensive and i want his shop to pay for it ... Or a total refund ...
