Business provides me with oxygen tanks. 3 days ago , dec 9th they sent me 3 full size tanks but one was broken. I called the business today, Dec 12th and **** said they would send me another tank today. But when i called later they said they said there were no tanks in stock and i would have to keep the one i have. This is not acceptable i need oxygen. and i need a replacement tankInitial Complaint

I have been contacting Total Home Health (TTH) for several months. I had 2 packages that I never received my wife has one that was not received for our CPAP equipment. I spoke with many customer service representatives on this issue as to get the billing corrected or to have the missing equipment sent out as I am being charged for the equipment. I also received a call from ********************* (PAP - Team Lead for AdaptHealth) stating the equipment will be the next day and he will provide the tracking information via email. I did not receive any email from ***** (Adpethealth - TTH) and emailed him twice and finally he emailed me back stating that they will not be sending the equipment. Talking with customer service they state they will return my calls once they look into the item and they never do. Also the send a **** and then i get one form a collection agency and while trying to work things out and tell them I am willing to provide a settled amount (60%) on both my wife and my account and nothing is every determined. The inform me of the **** then tell me one is in collections. Shouldn't the **** show all amount due. Also there is not indication that anything went into collections.I would like to get this resolved as a couple charges have gone into collections and I would like to make a settlement amount on both account's my wife and mine to close everything out. Also if anything has been placed on my wife's or my credit for it to be removed.
