Very slow reaching any human being when you call. Condescending response by a human representative with whom I finally had a chance to speak. Would not want this company to handle my medical billing.

The staff at this facility work so hard to truly give great care here. Everyone is struggling now getting over the pandemic but the spirits are high here and it feels like a home!

My Mom was here for rehab and strengthening was not gotten up on a daily basis, not gotten up to the bathroom told to go in her Depend and they would change her which could take a couple hours. She was there to get stronger not stay in bed or on the rare occasion set up in the W/C all day and not try to walk or transfer. I had to ask to make sure she had something to drink when I called her and that is if I could reach her because her room phone was not in reach most of the time and her cell phone was either turned off or out of reach then call the nursing station if I could reach them and ask them to bring her something because 95% of the time they left her nothing thing and she was not a fluid restriction of any type. X -rays ordered took 2 weeks to get done and the only reason it was done was because I kept asking about results because my mom was having so much pain after a fall on her second night there. Lab work that was order when she started getting sick, short of breath, confused, stated to me " I afraid to go to sleep I might not wake up" and I had asked several times at what point do you send her to the hospital was ordered for 5pm not done told get in AM still not done by that afternoon will get next morning. Mom was sent to ER around 0100 admit ICU septic passed away 7 days later. This place is horrible, no communication between staff (no staff period). When you call hardly ever get to talk to a live person always get automated system them never get return calls even after multiple messages to several different people. I received a call 3 -4 weeks after my mom passed away from the social worker at Accolade wanting to know if my brother and I would like to set up the family meeting I requested (when she was still there) regarding my mom's care. If they don't even know which Residents are suppose to be in there facility how do they know what type of care to provide to them. THEY DON'T.
