      Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the recent attempts to contact you. We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns about the frequency of our calls.

      Upon reviewing your Better Business Bureau complaint, we have investigated the matter thoroughly. Our records indicate that our team attempted to contact you on 3 occasions between April 10 - April 15. We received your answering machine on all 3 occasions. Because we were unable to contact you, we did not receive any requests on your end to be removed from our calling list. We understand and respect your preference for limited communication.

      To address your concerns and ensure that you are not contacted further, we have added your phone number to our internal Do Not Call (DNC) list. This will prevent any future calls from our end.

      We kindly request that you consider removing your complaint if you are satisfied with our proposed solution of adding you to our internal DNC list. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could update the status of the complaint accordingly.

      This company keeps robocalling me from different numbers trying to sell me roofing services. I dont even own a home. Really sick of it and cant block then because all the numbers are different. Bordering on harassment.

      Our organization has investigated the matter thoroughly. Our records indicate that our team attempted to contact complainant on three occasions in March, we received the complainants answering machine on all three occasions. We understand and respect the complainant's preference for limited communication.   To address the complainants concerns and ensure that the complainant is not contacted further, we have added the complainants phone number to our internal Do Not Call (DNC) list.       We contracted with Ameripro roofing for roofing, gutter, and siding last year. The communication was spectacular in the beginning but quickly deteriorated as the jobs began. We were passed from one rep to another without a consistent project manager. After completion of the *************** the gutter grade was improperly handled which caused a major flood in our basement, despite our drain near the door. We were lucky to find it timely and do the repairs ourselves. It took several calls for our receipts to be accepted but they were never properly reflected in our invoices. After our siding job was completed, we noticed our external lights (2) were suddenly inoperable. We were able to find the wire to tie in one of the lights ourselves, but the other remained inoperable. We've reported the situation for months with little to no resolution and the reps dropping communication. Finally, after being threatened to be sent to collections, we contacted again to push for help with the light issue. It took almost 30 minutes on the phone for a manager to finally stop collections and recognize the already very well documented issue. We finally have another rep looking to come ASSESS the problem. however, this rep informed me that there was live, exposed wire that was not up to code simply put under our siding. We are assuming this is separate from the line we used to tie in our one exterior light. At no time were we, as the homeowners, informed of any electrical issue or literal fire hazard, let alone given the opportunity to have a electrician assess the issue before completion. I am very upset by the damages caused and the hazards left unreported by this company. I am also upset they are giving us a hard time to reconcile this issue, when it should have been brought to our attention during the project. I am given grief about removing the siding and recommended to remove my PLASTER walls instead, at my own cost. They were not looking out for us or our home in any capacity.

      We appreciate your business and look forward to working toward an agreeable solution.  AmeriPro's Project Manager and the complainant's electrician were at the complainant's property last week.  It was determined that a junction box within the property will need to be assessed by removing a small area in the interior wall.  Once the area can be assessed we can determine if the issue was the fault of AmeriPro and we will take responsibility accordingly.  We are currently working with the complainant to schedule the next on property meeting.

      Ameripro roofing didnt repair my roof correctly which caused a major leak that resulted in a lot of interior damages. I had a union roofer check there work and agreed the company was at fault. Ameripro fixed the cause of leak. However, they are not responding to the damages that were caused inside. I hired a contractor that wrote up an invoice of over $3,000 of interior damages including mold that was caused by the roof leak. The roofing job was done on December 20th.The leak happened when the snow started melting and we had rain January 24th to the 26th our roof continued to leak into our upstairs bedroom.The mold has caused illness to my kids and partner. The company only agreed to pay $250, yet we have had multiple contractor say the damages are a lot more than that.

      AmeriPro Roofing has robocalled me almost daily for the past few weeks. I have never expressed any interest in their services and yet I'm bombarded with calls. It's ridiculous.

      We haven't had any weather events in my area that could have potentially damaged my roof and required your services. Your robo-calling a massive amount of people without good reason for doing so. You may have removed my information but I'm sure there are still thousands of people you are harassing with your automated phone calls.

      After being woke up Saturday morning and telling some lady I was not interested in their service I was again woke up Sunday morning by a different representative. His number is ************ . I know this because then he decided to be even more disrespectful and send me messages. So yeah I would rather pay ***** the Whino to do my repairs rather than this place.       When they installed ******* they did a terrible job. The vent caps have significantly more damage than before, and the shingles are leaking up already. They damaged my guttering and my siding in the process, as well as a couple of windows. I haven't paid them anything until I can get a hold of someone to get this fixed but they will not respond. They only call once a week at odd hours and leave a voicemail demanding $20,000, but they will not send me a bill. I will happily pay when the damages are fixed. And when the appearance of my home is at least equally to what it was before they got there

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Unfortunately I am more disappointed now than I was the first time. To start with, I was to receive a ***** notice before anyone was on my property. And not only did they not fix anything that I complained about, but indeed made the issues worse. And on top of that, I have pictures of their employee stealing my property. Yes, it was only a few pieces of firewood, but thats not the point. Stealing is stealing in my eyes. The gutters are in significantly worse shape now then they were after they damaged them the first time. The siding looks worse as well. Not to mention that their way of fixing the shingles was to nail them down from the top and put a dab of silicone on top. And to top it off, they put brown flashing with brown silicone over top of my brick on my entryway. I take price in my home, and the brick entryway is a big part of the curb appeal of the home. I'm not sure where to continue from this point because honestly I do not trust ameripro or their employees to touch my home or be on my property. I'm afraid they will only make the damage worse yet again. And for the 3rd time, I will say it again. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ON MY PROPERTY WITH OUT MY CONSENT. if I find that they are, I may have no choice but to press trespassing charges. I'm usually a pretty easy going guy, but I'm at a point where I am angry and disappointed. Not to mention that the damages done will cost me a very large amount of money.they didn't do anything with the vent covers. And they just hammered the *** covers more. I have been unable to get on the roof to see if they are cracked yet. Unfortunately I am only able to add 5 pictures, but I have a whole lot more of the additional damage

      -Hired to replace our home roof and gutters to the same as it was for existing in early 8/2023 -work was performed initially by subcontractor (1). This team had to take off and redo roof (3) times and still did roof wrong and did damage to home and left 10/5/23. November 11/10/23 Warranty team/subcontractor (2) worked into November and redid roof for the 4th time and made install corrections. We accepted this final installation. -We cancelled the gutters with this company because of the issues we endured. -10/2/23 AmeriPro issued me an invoice that included gutters and vents. We have asked AmeriPro for a corrected invoice deleting the gutters and (2) roof vents that were not installed. -I have been emailing and calling AmeriPro ****, Area ******************* **** Director of CSR and most recent contact, *************************** QA Supervisor ******************** Repeatedly weekly through today 1/15/24 and have not gotten a corrected invoice. -I want to pay this invoice and lose out this transaction asap. -No funds have been released at this point ********************* our mortgage company has the funds in escrow along with funds for a metal roof for our out building that was not part of this house roof project. -Looking for assistance with obtaining corrected invoice -I have documents and photos of my files addressing this process. -AmeriPro was to supply full photo file of install and final work done. At this point we have only gotten photos from final subcontractor (2) work done in November

      It should not have taken me reaching out to the BBB to stop getting a daily automated call. Sincerely hope someone looks in to this further to see if youre violating any laws with your marketing practices. Theyre beyond anything Ive seen recently and its harassment.

      06/13/2022 Ameripro installed a new roof. Contractors slammed the shingles packages so hard it shook the inside of the house. I now have cracks in the ceiling of the living room and bathroom. ** in the attic there is debri and a cracked rafteres. Contacted the Ameripro company but they ignored my claim and have no contact with them since.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business did not address the rafter in the attic that is split or the trash that was left behind in the attic.  The cracks in the ceiling were not there before the roof was installed.

      AmeriPro has offered to assist as a goodwill gesture to a situation which is normal for this type of construction as far as the cracks are concerned. There was no actions taken regarding the rafters that were caused by this construction. Also the complainant has rejected additional communication regarding this complaint. At this time I consider this matter at an impasse however remain open to discussing the offer we have made regarding this claim.
