This is a company and the staff is rude and lie. They do not know the company policy the office staff manager called me illiterate and I didnt understand because she took a payment on my policy and did not know the full guidelines to the process. This is not a way to service the community or treat customers. You should take ownership for the information you translated incorrect which causes the customer complete inconvenience. I would like an apology as well as compensation for the days I am without coverage on my policy due to the office technicality. The excuses that they have given or not acceptable. To call a customer ilterate is not appropriate so I need action taken. I have name and dates I can provide.Business response
