The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

************ closed our business account, due to not receiving a copy of our business license. The head office of the bank sent the information to the local branch of which we opened the account and they failed to inform us of what was requested by the head office. We went in and solved the issue with the bank and spoke with a representative from VMS and we followed all the necessary steps to resume funding activities. Note: all daily funding to our account was returned by the bank. VMS sent in a portion of the money and told us that it was all that was held. After several phone calls and going through the accounting steps and sending statements, so they could use and compare with there's we are yet to receive the remainder of the funds. See attachments.

Velocity Merchant Services are crooks! When I first bought my business, I needed a credit card processor company. ****** evidentally gave them my phone number and they called. I accepted the terms (1year). Then the next day...(Before I received the card processor, I called the salesman to cancel. She informed me that it was too late, and that I would be locked in to the ***** monthly fee for 1 year and would not get the ****** initial fee back. I accepted it because I felt that I was at fault for agreeing initially, however, I ****ed my calendar for the one year **** which would have been March 2023. I have never used the equipment at all. In March I called and cancelled the contract. Then was told that it is a 4 year contract and that I would have to pay ****** to cancel on the 4th year. If they would allow a 0 star rating, they would get it from me. This company is pure and simply a scam!! Roxton Grocery and Cafe

We don't charge an initial fee either. **** will be able to help you resolve this.
