      I came here to get my front fog light fixed. I waited 90 minutes and then the mechanic came to tell me they couldn't do the job because they needed clips and would arrive in 3-5 days. It's 2 weeks later now and upon calling and leaving voice-mail the manager ***** has refused to explain why my car hasn't been fixed as promised since last week. Makes it a very sketchy place of business of incompentent staff to offer car service and fail to deliver ?? and very poor customer service skills and workmanship to say the least...strange!

      Absolute trash of a company with trash employees. Safe sold us a car and we asked in advance if the breaks on the car were new (because my previous car broke down just after we replaced the breaks) and he assured us that they were new. When we test drove, the breaks were screeching but we were told that should go away after 30 minutes as the whole car was washed, waxed, etc. (very poorly btw). The breaks have been screeching since we drove off the lot (3 weeks ago). We even called to see if they could take a look at the breaks/fix the issue and theyve been ducking our calls for almost a week. When we came in for our 12pm service appointment, we sat in the waiting room for 5 hours and were given minimal information or updates. Communication with this company was complete trash as was their customer service when some old man attempted to tell my husband he should know better when he expressed his frustration at the lack of communication and our waiting 5+ hours. Ill be filing a complaint with every agency I can because my breaks are STILL SCREECHING after they fixed the issue a week ago, I even had documentation from their shop stating it was fixed while my breaks tell a different story given how loud they are. Im currently getting my breaks checked by a proper mechanic and will be filing a lawsuit if any issues are found that were addressed by ****/tried to cover up. Unbelievable and complete scam of a company. Id never recommend these people to anyone.

      Avoid this Dealership. Purchased a ******** A class from this dealership and it has been horrible experience. I have clearly mentioned that I dont need any additional services or warranties. But when I went to finance department I noticed the number does not add up, I objected to the finance guy that this does not look right and he said the math on your calculator is different and what we have here is different. I thought he might be right. But when I got the paper work from Bank I noticed that there are additional service being put in there for ************ and key replacement. I called the dealership and mentioned the issue, they have been so rude when responding. And eventually they said they will cancel the service but will prorate the charges. After a week a called back to follow up and the finance guy saying it will take 30 days.

      Bought the car in December, not more than a week goes by I got a check engine light brought it in they cleared it and said it was nothing important and I may need a catalytic converter in the future. After I got my oil changed the same day the engine lost compression and I had to tow it over 80+ miles to the dealership, which I paid for. They did not provide a loner or give any rental service and had to find a way home 2hrs away. Nothing was covered by warranty they said. ******* at the front desk wouldn't let me speak to anyone from warranty and I had the highest level warranty you can buy. I've gotten no updates about my car for months. They say they'll call you in a couple days at most. I called several times during but got only voicemail, when I did get a hold of *******, she'd have an pompous attitude telling me that I'm lucky to be bring my car there and she's supposedly doing me a huge favor so I should be grateful for them. That's not what you tell a customer/client your doing business with when your clearly not doing what you promised. Mind you now this was the same dealership I purchaced my car from and is exactly where I'm supposed to bring it. She has to be one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with, even laughed at me after I explained I was upset. If I asked for a different person she'd just transfer me right back to the same voicemail. All of their phone numbers forward to the same front desk. After 6 months... they told me I need a new engine...6 months people! Now i owe 4,000$ and they will not give me my car back.
