I had my household goods moved and delivered by Rado Express Logistics. I have worked with a company called Moving Claims used by Rado Express Logistics which is a third party firm to finalize and accept payment for lost and damaged household goods during the move. I have submitted a notarized form accepting the settlement offer and have not heard anything from Rado Express Logistics. I have spent considerable effort documenting the losses through Moving Claims and have heard nothing from Rado Express LogisticsBusiness Response

QUOTED $10.5K, PAID ~$21K! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! PLAN ON LOSING YOUR ITEMS AND SPENDING MORE THAN DOUBLE THE QUOTED AMOUNT BEFORE ALL IS SAID AND DONE!!!!Rado Express Logistics damaged and lost a large portion of our personal items with the move. One of the items was our entertainment center fireplace that was by far our largest item and, remember, we were billed on the cubic feet. We were directed to a claims website named ****************, which is a highly suspicious, questionable, ad-filled website that claims to be an unbiased arbitrator. In this website, you are directed to consolidate all pictures of damages and supporting documentation into a single file. You are then directed to upload this file to the site. However, when you try to upload the file, you receive a size limitation error message suggesting the site is designed to wear out the claimant in hopes the claim will be forgotten. The site also states that failing to complete this impossible upload will lead to your claim being denied. I have sent multiple emails to both ***** ***** and Rado Express Logistics about my claims and I have provided all requested documentation via email because the website doesnt work. The response that I received was nothing more than everyone pointing the finger at the other and being directed back to the suspicious website. These people arent interested in helping anyone. They have no moral compass and this is what **** had to deal with.This nightmarish experience with these companies is still ongoing. The actions of A ***************** and Redo Express Logistics constitute a breach of contract, deceptive business practices, and a clear case of overcharging. I am seeking a full investigation into these companies' operations and appropriate remedial actions to prevent further exploitation of consumers. I am rejecting this response because the moving company offered only $70 for all the items that were lost and damaged. The 60% value of these items alone were well above $6K and the supporting documentation showed this.This company is a scam and I hope I help at least one person avoid this company at all costs!

I am rejecting this response because we were billed based on cubic feet and the moving company is basing our claim amount on weight. I'm looking into the legality of this to determine if the contract is legal. This manner is either illegal and unethical or legal, unethical, and intentionally highly deceptive. In either case, the moving company certainly didn't have our best interest at heart and was looking to squeeze as much $ from us as possible. At the time of signing the contract, the moving company already had half our items packed and I was under duress to sign given my new job opportunity required a short time for me to arrive on island. I shouldn't have made that mistake, but this doesn't excuse the moving company's unethical behavior.In regard to overcharging, I would like to reiterate that we were originally quote ~$10.5K, which is a couple of hundred $ more than the attached quote due to **** ******* and I going item-by-item of everything that was to ship. I was only hit with the ~$20K cost when half our items were packed and assured my case would be looked as soon as the space used was validated (of course, nothing was done about this because it cuts into their bottomline) and we were hit with an additional $2.1K at the time of delivery.
Finally, the website that I'm directed to by the moving company, **********************************, has a known history with disapproving claims and has a long history of consumer dissatisfaction on the BBB. I do not see this as a viable option in getting a realistic and fair compensation for our lost and damaged items but will go through the formality of it for legal purposes.

Rado Express Logistics have damaged my goods during their moving process. They work with "Moving Claims" a third party company that investigates their claims and had me go through the whole claims process (submitting photos, etc.). The whole process was successfully completed, however, Rado Express has NOT paid me the settlement. Attached is a notarized copy of the settlement letter of what Rado Express owes me. I have called and emailed, NOTHING. This has been the worst moving experience I have encountered or heard of anyone ever going through. Rado Logistics has delayed my delivery too many times. I had rented a storage space in ******* that they were supposed to deliver to in November. They delayed so often that I had to change the delivery address to my apartment in ************** as it was ready for occupancy. I call daily to check on delivery. I entered a contract with Safe Shipping to pack up and ship my stuff and they did not say they were going to use a 3rd party company. The company is called Rado Express. Both Safe Shipping, which prays on Veterans, required in cash 1/2 to schedule, then 1/4 when packing up my belongings. My delivery date has come and gone and the phone number they give goes to a Russian person who has no information or states, "truck broke down". I am sure he is just putting me on hold then coming on to dismiss me. I have been given 15 delivery dates with no one calling me or following up. As it stands, you have already rated them an F so I am not sure what you can do as others have filed lawsuits for the same reason as mine.

On June 27, 2024 Rado Express Logistics picked up our belongings in *******, Mt to be delivered to *******, **. They were hired by a moving broker , Safe Ship out of *******. I wasnt aware that Safe Ship was a broker. It is now three months later and they wont give me a delivery date. Ive been told on multiple occasions that it will be within ten business days or that their truck broke down. In the reviews online you can see that they use the broken down truck a lot. I paid Safe Ship the day I contracted and **** when they picked our things up. I got a text from Rado last night that I can pick my things up but they wont refund any money. I cannot physically go cross country and pick my things up. I have no choice but to file a lawsuit. Although I certainly will expect a discount, I want my things, and I want them to arrive in perfect condition. A discount doesnt help me when I have to go out and buy a minimum of two beds, a couch, fall and winter clothes for two people, pots, pans, silverware etc. and, I have to do it this weekend. That is the minimum just to survive. It will be around $10,000, so your discount doesnt help me. My final offer not to proceed further is the delivery of my things within six days, not business days.

Moving Date: Furniture Picked up on 8/21/2025 Deliverd to me on 9/4/2024. When they showed up to deliver @ 8:45 pm, they had my mattress, 3 bar stools, table, 2 chairs,& coffee table tied to the back of the truck. Every item was damaged. I spoke to the manager of the delivery team and he said "" there was not enough room on the inside of the truck". The additional items that were inside the truck were also damaged. A dresser ( scratches and broken marble), night stand, scratches, a bed ( broken leg) 2 living room chairs (arms damaged). I recently had a horrific experience with Rado Express. There were hired to move my apartment, but their services were nothing short of disastrous. Not only did they recklessly transport my bed, mattress, table, and coffee table unsecured on the outside of the moving truck, but they also damaged nearly every piece of furniture ******** make matters worse, I've been completely ignored by their customer service. They've refused to return my calls or address the damage they caused. Beware of their deceptive insurance policy. It offers a whopping 60 cents per pound per item, making it virtually worthless in the event of damage. It's clear they count on customers not bothering to file claims.Their negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable.I filed a claim with them on Sept 9th and have heard nothing from them.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because, They contacted us on 8/3/2024 and said they had our things. On 8/29/2024 thay called and said our things were in storage in *************** Ia. we had a police officer look in to it and he let us know that the locker was empty He said that it was cleaned out the day before and gave us ***** name and number. After talking to them on Friday the 30th. Later that day they called and said they made a mistake and told us the wrong location it was in ************. We had a family member go to the storage and did find our things but not all of them. The damage to our furniture was beyond repair, our boxes and toats were smashed like they were just thrown around. We were missing our safe and many boxes.To make this clear to all. **** did not deliver to us, We had to hire another moving company to go with us and finish the job. **** will not answer us trying to find the rest of our things. On July 8th 2024 we received a call from Rado Express logistics they said they had our belongings and wanted to deliver them. They wanted $ ******** before they would deliver. To give you the back story and how Rado Express came to have our things. We contracted with North American Moving To move us from ******* to ************ **** North American then had a moving company Called KO44. They picked up our things in two different trucks on July 15th 2024 and only one truck delivered on July 19th 2024 with a 1/4 of our things. We have paid the contract in full with North American Moving ( $7593.00 ) Now Rado Express wants more money as I said. We had not herd from anyone until Rado Express called us on the 8th. Now they say they won't deliver until KO44 pays them and gives them a BOL. We have asked for pictures of our things and told them we would pay them when we see our things in our driveway. Rado Express won't deliver until we pay up front. We have been going back and forth with North American Moving, Star/ KO44 and Rado Express and are getting no where We have talked to the Police in ************ and in *********** Ill. with no help from either of them at this time. I was assigned to this company, Rado Express, by a Broker MY MOVE PRICE *********************************************************************************** DOT: ******, And it has been a complete nightmare! ******, wearing Flip-flops, the kid in charge, arrived with no tools or moving supplies and asked for a screwdriver to take things apart. They broke into a bank with a screwdriver, taking the hefty bills. Rado Express left broken items and glass in my front yard and driveway. They started picking up my things on Friday and finished on Sunday, taking them to two storage units, one near my house in **** and the other towards ***********. Rado Express then told me to pay nearly double what I was initially quoted, and I had to leave my outdoor furniture and grill behind. They left my storage unit with broken things and the unit open. Their driver also broke into a bank with a screwdriver, stealing cash. ******, their driver, also backed his Uhaul truck into a neighbor's wall, going to the wrong address and causing damage to his exterior wall. They will not give me a confirmed date on when my items will arrive, just that it is in processing. My price went from 7300 to 13k, and I do not know when I will be delivered. After they picked up my things, I was told I could only pay by wire because my move would be scheduled within days, and that was the only payment option over two weeks ago. Rado Express sent me an email stating my balance upon delivery was $4850.00. They are now demanding ******* in additional funds delivered in two trucks to be paid in full sight unseen with no guarantee on the second delivery. Whenever I question anything they just repeat their fraudulent contract which is more than double the price quoted by the price quoted by My Move Price.
