      Another option for complaint against this poorly managed insurance company is to contact the insurance commissioner in your state and file a complaint. They have more authority and with enough negative experiences by policyholders as well as claimants, they can pit pressure on the company and even withdraw their ability to sell insurance in your state. I just submitted such a complaint today !!

      THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO WORK WITH! AFTER GETTING HIT BY ONE OF THEIR CLIENTS, I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND AND NO SOLUTION IN SIGHT. IF U ARE EVER HIT BY ONE OF THEIR CLIENTS GET A LAWYER!

      Two months ago, on October 3, I was rear-ended by a man with Founders insurance. After having to take my car to two different body shops for estimates because there were no "direct repair shops" in my area, I was finally told that they had negotiated with Body shop "A", and that I was to schedule to take my car there. The next day, I received a call from Body shop "B" to schedule my car. I told them about the phone call from Founders the day before telling me to schedule with Body shop "A". I called body shop "A" and they had no record of any negotiation with Founders. Body shop "B" was actually who Founders negotiated with. Meanwhile, I received an email from the claims adjuster telling me a check had been cut to body shop "B". We waited three weeks and no check was received by me or body shop "B". I called Founders, and the claims adjuster was out, but another person looked at the claim and told me the check had been written and mailed to body shop "A". Body shop "A" had already cashed the check, so I was told I had to go to Body shop "A", which didn't agree to the price. I was told by Founders that I would be responsible for any difference in price. I said, "no", and requested that they get the money back from body shop "A", but they refused. Not only do I have to take my car to body shop "A", but now I'm told that I am responsible for renting a car and paying for it. They said I could submit for reimbursement, but they won't tell me how much they will reimburse or how long that might take. All they will say is that they have to review three rental invoice before determining what they will pay. It is now Dec 2nd and no resolution. This is beyond ridiculous. This accident was NOT my fault, but they are treating me like it was. This is a terrible company to deal with. This shouldn't be legal!

      If I could rate this company with 0 stars I would!!! I bought a new car and they took my money for two months and then cancelled me due to physical damage to my brand new car. My insurance went from $80 a month to $215 with State Farm. Thank God for them ** Founders is TRASH. Do. NOT. Use. This. Company.

      They are a crooked terrible insurance do not waste your time with them I'm going to see a lawyer to see if I can *** them tota waste of money you will be better off with paying a extra 20 or 30 dollars to have real insurance they will s**** you hard do not get any of there cheap c***

      Absolutely terrible company, communication is terrible. They use ISPS for payments and KNOW the documents and anything else will take over a month to receive. This is a joke of an insurance company, avoid. Forced to leave 1 star, but tried to give them 0.

      One month ago I was rear-ended by a woman with Founders insurance. I am still waiting for their approval to get my car repaired. When I call I always get voicemail and they are not in any hurry to return my call. I have been told twice in the last couple weeks the claim was sent for approval and the would call in a day or two with the approval. Still has not happened. This is a terrible company and I strongly suggest you dont buy their insurance and hope you never get hit by one of their customers.

      This company has scammed me. I pay for a premium. Someone has crashed into me and because of their fault my lsiense was suspended on 5/21 and my accident happened 5/23 they refused to even look at my car. It was suspended due to a COC they sent incorrectly. Its a fraudulent company, the day later my lsiense was valid. They left me and 4 babies stranded with no car. The claims adjuster Nakaya and ***** are the worst!

      Horrible. My truck was stolen and they refused to pay. They never went to look at my truck but gave my gap insurance a false estimate. Now I have to prove my truck is totaled. I dont even know where my truck is right now and founders wont even talk to me anymore. I still have to pay a car note. I canceled ********* with founders because what am I insuring at this point

      Very hard working with that insurance, not answering phones, emails, very unprofessional. The service looks like scam company , I never see that unprofessional company.
