The service was absolutely fantastic. The driver was courteous and informative. The agents I spoke with we knowledgeable and made me fill comfortable. Our service was exceptional, prompt, and very professional. Our driver was foreign,but very courteous and knew enough English to make us understand and got immediately to work. We watched the loading process and he was very careful and calculating while loading our vehicle. The same was true when he delivered promptly at our destination.Review from Cassandra J

I had my ***** transferred from ******* to A family member. The vehicle was picked up Picked up on the date they said it would be and it was delivered the date they stated. I had emails and text messages keeping me informed of pick up and delivery time. Having my car shipped was simple no complications and the car arrived in the same condition as it left.Review from Becky M

Working with Montway has been nightmare from start to finish. The carrier picked up my vehicle at 3:30am the last day of the window. When I called Montway to complaint they said the carrier would make it right by delivering my car, but that is the service Im paying for. Comments from **** I got included we are the broker, we cant control what the drivers do and I cant get ahold of the carrier, here is the number for you to call them. I needed my car delivered after a specific day which was in the contract and the driver was going to deliver it three days early. When I said I would not be in the state yet (moving across country) they told me to get a relative or friend to retrieve the car (we have no contacts in the state we are moving), they then said theyd leave the car with the key hidden on a property we do not yet own (our closing was the day I had contracted earliest delivery). I said I wasnt comfortable and repeated the earliest delivery day was the day agreed. They moved the delivery day and now I am at the end of my delivery window given with no sign of the car and Montway cant get ahold of the drivers. The driver also had me pay an extra $50 in cash to them directly to take my car because the eyeballed trunk weight was over 100lbs which was shady. I went with them because they had good reviews and suggested by ******, I dont know why my experience has been so terrible specifically but the **** have been very deadpan and non-empathetic, some downright rude. I wish I could go back and use any other car broker who can actually help me with carriers and not just give me their number. It is not safe or professional to have someone meet you at 3:30 in the morning, but they find it perfectly acceptable.Montway Auto Transport Response
