I had purchased a warranty from ***** they told me they cant fixed my car because there was a problem with my car before the warranty. They said they made a mistake and took my money, not knowing there was a problem before the warrant. The problem is I being paying for the warrant for 3 months and they cant fixed my car.Initial Complaint

The sales manager said they will give me $7500 for my trade, but he would be willing to stretch it to $8000 to get the deal done. Of course, he leaves the $7500 written on the paper and only verbally says more so he can conveniently "not recall" saying that during a follow-up conversation. So when the final paperwork is done, they only gave me the $7500 for my trade instead of the verbally promised $8000. Obviously he's been perfecting this trick for years. This is not an honest way of doing business and they should be held accountable for their business practices.Initial Complaint

My wife Car was dropped off at the dealership for a warranty recall it was parked in the lot overnight and we picked it up a day later with damage on the right rear side the car is brand new and is the only damage on the vehicle and the dealership refuses to take care of the damage they cannot prove that it happened there they cannot prove that it did not happen there because their cameras dont see all angles but the car is Garage kept and its the only damage on the vehicle it was not there when we dropped it off it was there when we picked it up and they refused to cooperate so we have to turn it into our insurance.Business response

We have reviewed all footage from our cameras and there is no evidence of any vehicles coming in contact with the customers car.. the damage was reported several days after car was picked up..
There is nothing to support this damage happening while the vehicle was here..

*************************** The response from ***************** **** is away they were notified the next day of the damage on the vehicle was several days for several days before they got back to me after they were notified of the damage and they responded that their cameras does not cover the whole parking lot they are liars
