            Order was only half fulfilled and have been getting the run around about the remaining. I replied to a substitue request but have never gotten second shipment. I have attempted contacting company by email responses and phone calls but they will not talk. Just get redundant email questions and no result.

            I believe that this company is not legitimate. No calls are ever answered or returned. No customer issues are ever resolved. And in my case, I don't believe that items are ever delivered but money is taken. I ordered through Amazon and although money was deducted from my account, items were never delivered. Emails from this so-called ***** *********************** in no resolution or adequate response to the issue. Back tracking orders online are not there, delivery tracking numbers are unfound in all systems, Amazon connection to orders or to this company don't exist. The only thing that is proof of purchase is the amount deducted from accounts. I have done much research and there is no real proof other than reviews that can be created by the company itself show that this product or this company actually are who they say they are. Putting the BBB logo or logo's of other companies on a website does not legitimize a companies existence. I have notified Amazon, Chewy and other companies that do business with this entity to investigate and hopefully good will come form it. I encourage everyone to steer clear of this company for the sake of your money, your animals and your sanity. My star rating is ****.
