I purchased the most expensive non detail car wash package and was told after that door panels and seats are not covered. *************** Bait and switch saying door jambs and dash are covered but are not done. when reported the manager tried to extort more money saying the jamb only cover a 1/4 inch strip at the bottom of the door when all was said and done I asked the manager if the $31 only covered running through the machine and drying the exterior without cleaning it and he told me yes. All of the advertising says otherwise and they hit you with up charges when you complain. There are dozens of yelp reviews detailing, to different degrees, the same type of behavior the other problem is that of 25 employees only 2 speak English so it is difficult to express your displeasure.Business response
