    I looked at a SUV on Monday, April 1, 2024. I placed a $1,000.00 deposit the next day. I unfortunately, had a non responsive salesman and was trying to close the deal on Saturday, April 6, 2024, but he didn't call me the day before to share where we stood. I complained via the Company's website and no one called or email, but instead sold the vehicle and I didn't know it was sold until a reached out was done to the dealership on Monday, April 8, 2024. I have not received my deposit and no one is communicating with me. Thus, I have no idea when I will receive my deposit. I have reached out to a manager, general manager and finance person. The manager has not confirmed if this has been taken care of because he will no longer take my calls. The general manager and finance person have not called me back either. I would like my $1,000 and confirmation that my credit file has been closed (as it contains personal identifying information). I feel like there was no point in placing a deposit if it would be sold anyway and furthermore, my money should have been refunded the same day when it was sold, because I have a deposit on a item that the dealership no longer has.

    Had the worst experience as an out of state buyer. Drove 10 hours with my family and 2 toddlers to trade my vehicle in and had a set deal in place. Got here and the two employees who took my truck out to make sure everything ran correctly, romped my truck and dropped the gas mileage per gallon and dropped my miles available to come in and tell me that they are dropping my trade in 10k for a part that is $450. **********, ***** and ***** did nothing but run my credit a ton of times, waste mine and my family 10 hours of time driving out of state each direction and waste my money coming up here after I offered several times if there was anything else I could do or send or give extra pictures. They don't have any of their stuff together and the first time "they got me approved" was for the wrong financed amount. So they had to rerun my credit for the correct amount. They are time and money wasters. Would have chosen to take my family on a better vacation than wasting money on a room and gas in st. *****. So thanks Laura gmc for wasting people's time and money. You make everything sound like it's good to go and there's no problems until you get down to sign your name and they end up giving you the shaft.***** per gallon were at 17.1 and miles to empty were at 46. Got back in to leave and miles per gallon went down to 16.6 and miles to empty are at 22. My wife told me that it felt as though since she wasn't going to be on the truck, and because we had our kids she was invited twice to go sit in the "vip" lounge where there were tv's that were not on, that she was not welcome to hear any information that was being shared with me. It was as though she had to go sit away from where the deal was happening.

    Hello,We believe this is a misrepresentation of the situation. Over the phone, there were discrepancies with your vehicle that needed to be rectified before we could conduct the transaction. You agreed to have those issues fixed, and when the vehicle arrived, the issues were not fixed. In addition, there were also several error codes that had not been disclosed, and had been cleared only a few miles before the vehicle was brought into the dealership.We were very upfront and clear about the transaction, and unfortunately, the vehicle did not arrive in the agreed upon condition, which materially changed the trade-in value we were able to give it.
