On or around 4/08/2024 I purchased a shed from this company in ********, **. On 4/15/2024 my shed was delivered and the driver delivered the shed onto my concrete slab in my back yard. Upon delivery the driver cracked my concrete pad on one side by putting his tracks on my pad and also damaged the side of my shed. The driver told my mother, at the time of delivery, he accidentally damaged my pad. He then contacted his boss, but it took 3-4 days for someone to reach out to me from different numbers and different states. I spoke to several people about having my pad fixed and they wouldnt offer me what my contractor priced me to have this issue resolved and it wasnt that much. The guy tried down playing the integrity of my pad so as not to be responsiable for the repairs. He had my mother sign the papers stating it was only for the delivery of my shed. I have called and texted several times about resolving this issue, but no one has responded back. All they had to do was pay me the cost to have the pad and my shed fixed and have someone move the shed so the contractors can repair and then move the shed back in place, but that seemed too much for them to do. I will now seek legal actions.

I am to the point where I am ready to go to court. I made all of my payments and finished my coupon booklet and they still say I owe ******* in late charges. How is that even possible? I was ok with maybe paying a late fee for 1 month because the payment did come back to me, but there is no way that I owe over ******** in late charges. I did not get notified about a late payment until 04/2022 for a payment that was late sometime in 2020. I am on a fixed income and my payments would be made after the 3rd of each month and was told that would be fine. So now, I am getting to where the shed is almost paid off, and they have sent people to repo the shed and I told them to get off my property and that I was not relinquishing my shed to anyone and I told them to Take me to court. They continue to call and harass me about this money they say I owe, but trust me when I tell you. I have every receipt showing where I made the payments. They don't process the payments based on the date of the money order, they go by when it is entered into their system, which could be 2 or 3 weeks later after payment has been sent to them. I have obtained a lawyer to take further actions and I plan on filing harrassment charges for the amount they say I owe them. They tell me I don't want to go to court and pay extra money and again, I told them to Take me To Court that is the only way that I will pay anything if the judge say I owe it.

What should have been a simple process was not. Communication was poor and I felt extorted with the fees they tacked on. I will not do business with this company again.

After paying for the deposit and setting up delivery everything went perfect. That was until it came time to make payments on the shed. Right from the first payment it was like pulling teeth to pay this company. No one answering phones, returning calls etc. When I finally did get a hold of someone pass the grace period they were nice enough to waive the late fee on the first month. While on the phone I was supposedly set up for online payments. Tried logging in with the info I was given and it didn’t work. Back to calling to make a payment. Once again no one answering or returning calls. What kind of company doesn’t want to be paid? Finally the third month comes around and I still never was able to reach or contact anyone for month two and the same for month three. One day someone knocks on my front door to collect payment. Are you kidding me? Wouldn’t it be easier to pick up a phone that is ringing in your office? Well without saying. I had them take the shed because I will not continue to fight to give my money away to a company that only wants to answer when it’s convenient for them. To anyone reading this, do yourself a favor build your own. Or find a different company.

There is no indication on this customers account that there was ever an issue. There has been no contact by the customer since April 3rd, 2023. The customer paid their first payment on time on 4/3/2023 so there was no late fee to waive as the customer states. To date we have not received any voicemails or emails from the customer. Customers are provided a coupon booklet to mail in their payments. They are given the online payment option as well. The third option is to pay by phone. The instructions to log in online to pay are emailed to the customers and they are very straight forward and only require 2 things: the customer's email address and their account number which is on the customers coupon booklet. We are unsure at this time why the customer was unable to log in as their log in ***************** when tested. If a customer is having difficulty they can simply leave a voicemail or send and email and we will get back with them in the order the message is received. Usually within ****************************************** a timely fashion letters are sent to the customers mailing address. If the letters do not ****** a response then an agent is dispatched to the residence to speak with the customer. The customer is given the option to pay at that time and could have done so, but chose instead to return the building. We would have been happy to assist the customer during that event by possibly waiving late fees and setting them up on automated recurring payments, but after we were notified of this situation the customer already had returned the building. Thank you.

To whoever responded with this message. You are wrong on all accounts. I was a few days late paying the first payment due to having to call multiple times before reaching someone. I left voicemails for the first payment and it was well after 48 hours before I was able to get in touch with anyone and that was when I called. Upon the first contact the person I spoke with was indeed very friendly. I explained I could not get logged into my account online. They confirmed that my login info was as they stated email address and account number. However this did not work. Has I thought about it I should have tried while on the phone. That way I wouldnt have to go through the same process of calling multiple times to try contacting someone. I did indeed also call and leave a message for the second payment with no return call. Just checked my call log on my phone. It has been confirmed that there was never a incoming call from your business. I only called once for the second payment. This was due to me already being done with having issues with getting in touch with someone. As for mailing payment through the mail, I dont and havent paid anything through the mail in years. Not going to either when there are suppose to be safer and faster methods. Suppose to being the key word here. I never received ANY mail from this company either. Which even if I did would not have solved the issue of them answering their phones or returning calls. Lastly you sent a driver to collect payment without STILL no communication. What would have happened if you sent them and no one was home? Would you have had them take the shed with everything still inside? Also how would they have gotten it out of my backyard had I not been here as I had to pull part of a fence out of the way and remove a fence post. Which again not a problem at all for me but you didnt communicate at ALL at any point besides the first monthly payment call. Even the local salesman said its hard to get through to the office. I even called him and never heard anything back after he said he would reach out to the payment center number. Communication was the real problem with this business partnership and I can say with clear conviction that it was not on the part of the consumer. If I could give you one piece of advice from the consumers point of view. Its this simple communicate!! Do not send a driver without communicating that there is driver coming. Its a crazy world out here and you never know what kind of harm you could be putting your own employee in my randomly showing up to a home unannounced. **** poor communication is the real reason I told the driver to take the shed. You lost a otherwise good customer and one that will tell any and everyone to stay clear of this company. There is power in numbers remember this.

This company is a complete scam! We went to purchase shed originally and was told by sales rep not to buy outright when we could finance for same. When she was delivered it was damaged and wrong shed. The driver talked us into making shed at a discounted rate and we ordered a second shed. When sheds are delivered they have you sign a quick drop off on their digital pad and tell you this is just to verify sheds were dropped off and set up properly. We later received a payment explanation that states you will be paying a high interest rate. We were told when calling not to worry that's only if we were renting king **** and returning and if we were to pay off early that is dropped. We have had the sheds for three years and requested pay off on numerous occasions. Every time the amount was basically the same. They then told us we were passing the interest mostly and the actual costs were not being paid on. Multiple times we requested breakdowns of payments because the office would call stating the last payment was insufficient. We have finally received the payment statement and have paid over twice the amount of the original purchase price. They send repo drivers out constantly to harass you and threaten you. We have questioned how we still owe almost the original purchase price and ask we her is miscellaneous fees equaling thousands of dollars. We have had to hire a lawyer at this point. This is a horrible company that takes advantage of their consumers.

This customer signed and entered into 2 Rent To Own contracts on 2 different buildings in January of 2019. Customers are provided a copies of their legal contracts most times prior to but some times at delivery depending on how well the customer corresponds with the ********************** team. This customer has had these contracts and their corresponding accounts for 52 months so have had ample opportunity to read the contracts thoroughly. The customers could have paid off at any time during this period as there are no pre-payment penalties. They were explained this very early in the contracts when the account management department spoke to them within the 1st month after delivery. Why they did not payoff we have no idea. The customers pay history on both accounts are not very good, but the were paying from time to time. These pay habits caused additional fees to be assessed thereby raising the overall cost of the purchase. The customer mentions interest, however there is no interest on these contracts. The finance charge comes in the form of a flat monthly rental fee as any Rent To Own contract would. The customer was told that they would only pay the Total of Payments if the held their contract open for the full term of the lease, because they did not like the overall cost of the purchase that was disclosed to them. Since there are no pre-payment penalties that Total Cost is avoided if they pay off early. That is how finance contracts work. The sooner you payoff the more your save. If you decide to keep it open for the entire life of the contract then you pay more. Customer are disclosed that the ************************************************************************** the beginning they would not see their payoff amount reduce very much, but as they cross into every consecutive year they get more credit retroactively back to the contracts inception date. Since the customer is now in year 5 of their contracts they are getting the maximum credit of 45% for every base rental payment they have made. When you finance any purchase on payments, whether it is an auto loan or a home mortgage or a Rent To Own contract you will pay more than the cash sale price. So the claim that they have paid more than the original cash price is true, but that is how finance contracts work. Add to that the fact that they have paid poorly and incurred additional charges as a penalty causes the cost of the contract to be even more than it would have been for them if they would have paid well over the life of the contract. The customer just stopped paying on both contracts as of July 2022 and have not paid since. Rent continues to accrue on both contracts and with the customer not paying since July 2022 the payoffs continue to increase each month. How does anyone think that they can just stop paying and it not cost them additional due to past due fees and contract enforcement activity. We had to go so far as to hire legal representation in September ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** breach of contract. Legal representation is not cheap and the legal contract states all costs incurred to enforce the lease are the responsibility of the customer. We emailed them their pay histories on multiple occasions so they could see exactly what was happening. We have sent multiple letters and emails and made multiple phone calls to try to get this resolved before we were forced to hire legal representation. Repossession action occurred because they did not pay well and were in breach of contract. If they had paid well, then repossession action would never have occurred. The customer must take responsibility for that. We have upheld our end of the Rent To Own agreement and only asked that the customer do the same. They chose not to so we now want our assets back or we want to be paid off in full on both contracts.

Payments were in fact stopped in August due to the fact that payment was made week prior as requested and a repo driver was sent out. This was not the first time this situation had happened. When the office was called I spoke with **** and questioned what was going on. I was then told by her that the last payment was not a full payment so I needed to sign a document that the driver had. When I went out to speak with the driver he stated that the document was actually a new contract and unless I gave him money to pay off sheds or signed the agreement he would break the fences and take the sheds. I called the office and was assured that was not the case. I was then told they had not received the full payment. I told them that I could show them cleared bank statement that it was in fact cleared. I received another call from a gentleman stating he was the manager and I had continuously paid smaller payments than were required. We argued back and forth at the fact that every payment was done through their office and the amounts were what they had requested. He then told me that I no longer had the option to make a payment and he would be contacting his lawyer. I never heard from them again until Feb/March of 2023 at which time pay off was requested again. They stated there were thousands of dollars of miscellaneous fees but could not, and still have not, explained what they were for. We have now had to retain a lawyer in this situation to stop the harassment we have continuously received.

I paid my deposit in good faith and in around 7 weeks I confirmed a delivery date with this company. I scheduled the appointment time off of my job so that I could be present, as required, and 2 days before the delivery date I received a cancellation call. I still am not sure when my delivery date will be.

This customer already left a complaint and has been replied to as follows: Customer ordered a building December 30th, 2022 with an approximate delivery time of 8-10 weeks with the building constructed. Customer was contacted approximately February 1st to inform them delivery was scheduled Thursday, February 9th. On Tuesday, February 7th the driver scheduled to deliver buildings in that area called in with complaints of flu-like symptoms and would be out of work for a few days. All customers scheduled with the driver were contacted informing their deliveries would have to be rescheduled due to lack of immediate manpower in their area. By doing so, customers that may have taken a vacation day from work could report if they wanted to. According to the dispatcher, customer expected immediate resolution of a new delivery date. Since no delivery schedules can be finalized until the last half of the week, a satisfactory answer could not be given to the customer until the dispatcher learned more when the delivery driver would be back in their area. Prior to receipt of this complaint, the dispatcher had already placed the customer a priority re-schedule and confirmed with the customer a delivery date of February 16th. (And still within the quoted delivery timeframe.)
