Mark Windows installers installed patio doors and bedroom windows on September 14, 2022.. I am very satisfied with the product. It is much quieter in my condo unit and much, much warmer.

Was told about Mark Windows by an individual who stated that the pricing was fair and the work was of a high standard. After meeting with ****, he evaluated our needs and quoted us a reasonable price for replacement windows. They met the established timeline for arrival of the product and came for installation within a reasonable time of the given window. The work was completed in a timely manner, the installation was excellent and the cleanup was complete and well done. **** was friendly and highly knowledgeable about windows. The work was so good that we will use Mark Windows when we do the lower level of our house. We are very satisfied with the windows and will refer this business to others who are interested in replacement windows.

Mark Windows did an outstanding job replacing every window in our house (a total of 20 windows) in just 2 days! Our home is now so quiet that we dont even hear traffic on the road outside, and finally free of drafts and rattling old windows! Marks measurements were 100% accurate, and the windows he installed are top of the line! **** and his crew were EXTREMELY professional, polite, and super respectful while working both inside and outside of our home! They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace of work behind them! Had a Patio Door/Screen Door installed that worked smoothly for about 3 months, then glass door started closing hard and loud. Months later when the warmer weather came, the screen door no longer functioned properly. The screen door would not open and I even had a neighbor come over to try to open the screen door as well and she was unable to open it. Multiple conversations were made since April, to the company owner who installed the patio sliding door and screen door with empty promises of how he was going to fix the issue. Month after month passed with no resolution, I have a patio screen door that gets stuck closed with no way of opening it when it is a hot summer day. Last attempt was June 1st when I spoke to the owner who indicated that he would come out the following week to replace the rollers on the screen door or replace the screen door, again he never showed. Mid-June I left a voice mail and text message and several days later he responded that he will come out and see if the bottom rollers are in line or call the manufacturer for a new screen door. I texted the question what day?, and he never responded back and I have not heard from him since. I left another voice message at the end of June asking what was going on; when can we resolve this issue and to call me back. I never heard back and it is now July.I will end up calling a local window company to come out to resolve the issue and most likely have to pay for another door and service call. I would never recommend Mark Windows, the owner handled the installation issue unprofessionally, never resolved the issue, nonfunctional sliding patio screen door. The owner talks a good game, tells you what you want to hear to get you off the phone, and then ignores the problem and hopes it goes away. Which in this case, I guess it worked, I will be looking for someone else to fix his problem and unfortunately pay the price for it.
