      Boxes do not come when stated, they arrive days later. They will add promotions to your account so you can't use credits. Inconsistent and unreliable.

      Delivery was always late and customer service is useless and frustrating. They always say we will report this and they dont. They insist the delivery is on time but ***** site always say it is late which it is. I have a disabled son who cant go out to get food so its imperative the food is on time.

      they're thieves, they will charge your account and when u ask for a refund an hour after they do so they refuse to give u one.... AVOID AT ALL COST, literally.

      Would give zero stars if that was an option: worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with, their packaging ***** every box I get is completely melted and good luck trying to call them for help quite frankly I dont think they give a s*** as long as they get their money bunch of greedy f****

      Forget this company. They used to be good, but in the past year they have declined. You have to call your bank and make a fraud report to get a refund. Im not eating bad food, they say oh its good ummm youre not the one eating it, I am, so its my Health thats at risk. They dont tell the truth, that dont communicate, youll get pre texted apologies and a $10 credit my bank will get my refund for me if you wont give it for misses deliveries and food that isnt fresh.

      I never signed up for this company's service or had any meals delivered. One day last month I noticed there were two unauthorized debits from my chequing account for Factor Meals. One of them was for several hundred dollars. Immediately I canceled my debit card and started an investigation through my financial institution. Last week the funds were refunded.

      Fraudulent practices. In checking the company's offerings on my cell phone, they request all of your contact information before you are able to see the menu. I had not made any selections from the menu nor was I ready to place an order, when Factor decided to go ahead and send me 16 meals that I had not chosen and charge my credit card through ******. They refuse to refund my account but told me I could refuse the order without compensation. I have made sure that the membership I did not realize I signed up for, was canceled and I will never do business with this company. Be careful where you load your information.

      Been a customer for almost 3 years. Deliveries were great, food was OK, and good customer service until about 6-9 months ago. Now deliveries are missed too frequently, customer service is terrible and it isn't worth the money or hassle. Tracking information kept telling me that my delivery would be there in another 30 minutes. Finally had to go purchase our own food somewhere else at 9PM and instead of the box arriving first thing in the morning, it was an afternoon delivery. Totally unacceptable in 100 degree heat! Tried to call ** the night before and was told over an hour wait at 10:30 PM?? After speaking to the ** today, they only offered a $20 credit! I spent more than that having to buy our dinners! They used to credit the entire missed box, but no longer do that. I do not recommend this company!

      Your customer service is atrocious. I received someone else's order full of meat products I can't eat when I selected vegetarian meals. Both times I contacted *** through chat I've been told I'll receive a follow up email that never arrives. I then reached out through ******* and they take days between replies. So far nothing done to resolve these issues.

      A 1 star review for Factor is CRIMINAL! They don't even deserve a single star. ******** Order was placed with them, I got an text from ***** saying my shipment was being delayed (from 07/09/2025 to 07/11/2025) so like any reasonable person, I called Factor immediately because their website states it can stay good for 48 hours in the box, but of course a 2 day delay, plus time it would take for me to get home would GUARANTEE that I would be outside of the 48 hours after boxing.I called on 07/09 and was told they hadn't updated their system yet and I would get it between 8pm-10pm. So I waited up, and nothing. Called the next day, checked the tracking by ***** and it still wasn't updated with much detail except that it was picked up in **. I called Factor, the customer service *** told me "We don't ship items until the same day, so items are not even boxed yet or shipped and won't be boxed and shipped till 7/11" (This conversation I recorded!) Of course came home today to the packages at my door. Finally ***** updated their tracking information, packages were picked up at 12:00pm on 07/09 and delivered at 2:******* of course the 1st and 2nd guy both lied to me. I called this time livid, they did refund my money, but of course it takes 5-10 business days to refund my money but only 30 minutes to take it... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!! **************** is outsourced to a call center in *****, extremely hard to talk and understand them. Really not worth it!!!!!
