I ordered a cheesecake to be delivered to my house on 6-17-21.though goldbelly.i payed 74.00 dollors for this.i wanted to surprise my friend on her bday that day.i was told by fedex it would be delivered on thec17th.they pack it in dry ice.i didn't get it that day so I wanted to cancel it it being a cheesecake I new it would be de frosed.i got it the next day late in the day the fedex driver dumped it at my door on its side.i took it out of the box and sure enough it was messed up.warm...uneatable.i took pics of it to show how bad it was and than throw it away...I contacted goldbelly and they wouldn't give me a refund they said they would ship the same cheesecake.i don't want to deal with that again.i want a full refund of 74.00..that's my only resolution that I want.
