I put in a complaint before I purchased a 2007 ****** Altima for $3500 from Mega Auto sales August 2020 they did not supply my title I called in February and the owner stated if I didnt have my title by March 1, 2021 just bring the car up there and he will return my money back I have filed multiple complaints and they are now closed they have they vehicle and my money and it is now 2023 Im still without a car struggling to get my family around.Initial Complaint

I purchased my car in March of 2021 I paid my car off In 5 days I still have not received my title for my car every time I call or go up there I get the run around and told some one will call me with information and I never get the call and I still don't have the title for my car I want my title that's I don't owe them anything y can't I get the title to my carInitial Complaint

I bought a car from this place Sept 2020. Paid cash for it. I knew going in that we were still on limited state services due to covid so I was pressing the issue about the title due to the fact of me being able to get my registration done. So a few months went by and I never received my title. First call was in February about the title. I was told that my address was wrong and that we can correct it and it would be back in 21 days. Another month went by still not title. I called again around July because I was thinking about getting another car and sell this one. Called again only to be told it was coming. Nothing never came. September came now its time to renew my registration go to do that and Im being told my car doesnt exist under my name in the system so I cant. Ive been calling and calling and only getting the run around at this point they can take this car and give me my money back. This place and trash/ghetto and unprofessional. Im filing a complaint with the department of motor vehicles police because this is ridiculous.Initial Complaint

I PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS AND THEY ROLLED THE ODOMETER MILEAGE BACK, THEY HAVE ALSO FAILED TO ISSUE MY VEHICLES TITLE OF OWNERSHIP. I WANT THIS AN INVESTIGATION INTO THIS BUSINESSE'S OPERATIONS.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from Mega Auto Sales on August 8, 2020 and never received a ******. I been going back and forth with them for over a year about getting the ****** to the vehicle. Everytime I contact them its a different story about the ******. They pretty much told me they dont even own the vehicle because they have a copy of the title but not the actual ******.So I never received the ****** after them telling me that I would and now I cant sale the vechicle get a plate sticker ETC. They are very unprofessional I called the facility one day and no one answered so, someone called me back and said yall good. They have so many complaints about their customers service everyone wants them shut down.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back on 12/29/20 I paid 7500 for a 2011 Honda Odyssey I'm very satisfied with my purchase However currently I still have not received my title for my vehicle. I believe they sold me this vehicle before they even obtained the title for this vehicle. I call and ask about my title and I keep getting the run around telling me I have to keep waiting. I asked for proof that they sent an application to the secretary of state. What they showed me is a paper with my information on it but had no signatures and wasn't dated. I feel I have been more than reasonably patient with them. I should not have to keep waiting on a title. I will like to receive my money back for this vehicle. I technically don't even own the vehicle if I don't have a title. And all they tell me is they don't know when it is coming. I feel ripped off I can't sell or tade my vehicle in without the title I paid for the vehicle right out I believe they are committing fraud.
