      Well i purchase a car on may 25 andcit started over heating the same and engine light was on she said awww thats only the spark plug so i took it to auto zone and when they printed thevreport it was everything but sparks plugs so i tried to take it back after i got the report and she said i cant do that i have to give her a chance to *** it so i did and everytime I got my car back the same issues exists the engine light pop right back on as soon as ibrurned the corner so i took it back and say please give vh me my money back or a better car and she stated i cant do that thats like changing a pair of shoes and i told her i gave you *********************************************************************** to leave it agaun they will fix it andci kept asking for my money back and she refuse so i kept bv taking my car back and forth aleast 10 times and i ask hervto give me a receipt of everything she did to my car and she stated i dont need no receipt so i went to were they supposed to fix my car tryoing to get a receipt and they couldnt even find me in the system so they call her and she said something in Spanish and they look at me and said u dont need a receipt i told them yes i do but they nerver gave me a receipt i left my car there bcause the people at auto zone said its your catalytic converter too i said what they said takecthat car back and get yo money cause this ************************* and i went and got my cousin she went back there with me and she still refuse to give me my money back and this was all in 3.weeks time and she told my cousins she have to give us time to fix everything and my cousin said you fix things but they break right back down why u cant give her receipt of all u did to her car she still said i didnt need them and ivtook it back to auto zone the reading was still the same they said theyvcouldnt fix it cause it still reading the samevthings and the engine is lock up now and im still paying on this car it been locked up since August 1st pls help me

      I previously filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy which includes a vehicle purchased at this location. The dealer has been aware and up to date with the bankruptcy case. I had to dismiss my first case & refile a new case. In the process of the bankruptcy dismissing the old case & informing them of the new case the dealer picked up my vehicle on May 26th. For the first week I was able to communicate with the dealer. Once they received the new case they stopped and blocked my number. My bankruptcy attorney hasn't been able to communicate with them since sending their lawyer the new case information on June 2nd. The towing company & dealer have same address & the phone number listed is to the cell of the Tow Truck driver that towed my vehicle & refuse to tell me where the vehicle is even to release me my property out of the vehicle. I have visited the dealer everyday for the past week. The employees there know nothing & my vehicle isn't there. CPD ran my plates. It wasn't reported in the system.
