    I wish I read the reviews I paid for a premium suite and when I arrived the hotel had a standard room for me and nothing the hotel can do because they dont work directly with this company. Do not book with Zap Travel my entire vacation was ruined for the winter holidays and absolutely nothing you can do.

    If I could give ZERO stars, I would give a ZERO! My recommendation from a guest perspective using Destify for a destination wedding, DO NOT USE. Sadly, the ************* have to hear all of the poor experiences from not just myself, but other guests as well. When a compnay is hired to help manage a destination wedding, it is supposed to be a stress free experience for the happy couple so they can focus on their wedding. This was not the case. The Destify "personalized" expereince was no where to be found. Every time I interacted with them via phone or email all they could say was "our rules are..." or "our policy is..." and in fact, when I expressed how unsatified I was, what a terrible experience it had been, the supervisor responded "thank you for the feedback!" All they seem to care about is taking your money... and believe me, once they have it, there is nothing you can do. And quite frankly, I think I could have gotten a better deal without going through them. Horrible customer service, none in fact, they could not have cared any less about working with the guests. I do NOT recommend and I hope anyone considering using them finds every review I leave on multiple platforms, because they were that bad! People are human and sometimes life happens. All I needed was to move the arrival **************** date. I didn't ask for any refund or money back, only a change in schedule, of which the airline could certainly accommdate. In fact, the hotel would gladly accommodate, however they had to hear from this awful compnay to be able to do it for me since I booked through them. Of course Destify WOULD NOT make any changes or contact the hotel. I lost thousdands, and worse, those individuals had to miss the entire celebration weekend. It put a damper on the entire experience for everyone, including the *************. Save yourself the heartache and do NOT use this company.

    I booked a wedding with Destify at Dream Vista Resort in Cancun. Due to Hurricane Milton most of my party flight were cancelled Tuesday October 8 and could not get flight to my wedding for days, they would not accommodate or give us the option to return for a later date!! If you want to book your wedding book directly with the resort not with Destify they are no help and very unprofessional! We lost over 7,000 in room and spend 8,500 on our wedding and received no refund or rain check to return another time!! Please to not book with destify

    I had a deeply disappointing experience with Destify for a wedding booking. We expected to receive competitive rates as part of the wedding guest booking process, but we later discovered that the hotel offered a significantly lower rate directly. When we brought this to Destifys attention, they refused to match the rate, citing rigid policies that offer no flexibility within 65 days of check-in. For an agency that claims to specialize in wedding bookings, they failed to ensure we received the best rate or offer any accommodation for the price difference.Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no willingness to improve the guest experience or make amends for the higher rate we were locked into. To make matters worse, when we requested some form of compensation or a resolution, they closed the ticket without providing any solution.I would not recommend using Destify for any travel-related bookings, especially for important events like weddings. We expected much better service and support, and unfortunately, they did not deliver. Proceed with caution if youre considering booking with them.

    Horrible!!!! Waste of time and money. I book my room June 26 2024. For a room August 6-10. Its 2am I am up searching for another hotel on the day of. Zap travels sent 4 emails confirming reservation but when I call the hotel nothing have been book. Do NOT waste your money booking with Zap Travel unless you want to pay for 2 different hotels at the same time but only access to the hotel NOT book with ZAP TRAVEL. On the site no refund but I am present for my reservation

    Hi *******! Are you certain that you booked with Travel Zap/Destify? I searched our entire system for your name and email address and was unable to locate anything. Even if there was some sort of booking error your information would still populate. Are you able to provide screenshots of the emails that you received with your confirmation? Could it be under a different name?

    Dear Destify Customer Service,I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Destify's refusal to ***** me a full refund and the subsequent charge for a trip scheduled on June 21, 2024. This reservation was made under a wedding party that has since rescheduled their event to 2025. Destify's refusal to accommodate this change contradicts the company's stated commitment to making destination weddings simple and seamless, as advertised on your website. Specifically, your website promises: Say goodbye to wedding stress! We specialize in destination weddings, making it simple and easy to bring your loved ones together in paradise. Let our experts find the perfect venue, navigate travel logistics, and create a seamless experience for everyone. My experience has been anything but simple and seamless. The wedding I booked for has been postponed to 2025, and despite this, Destify has refused to refund my payment, citing a 65-day refund policy. However, today is June 13, 2024, and the wedding has been moved to 2025, which clearly does not fall within the 65-day period before the event. It is unjust and unethical for Destify to adhere to the original wedding date of June 21, 2024, rather than honoring the rescheduled date. This behavior reflects a severe lack of integrity and respect for your customers' circumstances. I even proposed receiving a credit and modifying my trip date accordingly, but this request was denied. This decision indicates that Destify prioritizes greed over genuine customer service. I demand a full refund of the amount charged for the trip scheduled on June 21, 2024, or at the very least, a credit to be used for the rescheduled wedding date in 2025. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, failing which I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities and seek legal advice.     Unwilling to refund my trip although they stated I would be refunded within **** business days. Apparently I missed the refund window 65 days prior to trip, however this was never mentioned prior to my authorization of cancellation. To the contrary I was told I can expect the refund! And now theyre refusing. They are also unwilling to change the date instead of cancel. Im supposed to be out of $1800.00 and accept it. I will continue to fight and am also going to seek legal counsel. Though the contract does state the refund requirement, the fact that I was told I would be refunded should over ride!

    Don't use destify when you do price match they change the category of the room. The hotel then proceeds to give you a lower category room and they were able to show me that that is what destify did to my entire party. we lost money on 8 rooms which we reserved and paid for the adult only upgrade and they put ** in the family side with NOTHING that was offered by destify!!
