On March 10, 2024 I walked to the ********** to see if there was an ATM but the bank was closed and when I returned the boot was on my vehicle. I explained that to the security officer but he would not budge and demanded I pay the $170 to have the boot removed. This is wrong and predatory behavior for this company to be doing this. I also made a purchase at ********* at that location. The company only dies this in low income neighborhoods where you know most people won't complain and just pay the unjust fine for your own benefit. This is wrong in every moral way and the *************** should not allow this to be done to its residents.

My car was booted on February 28, 2024 by Innovative Parking Solutions LLC. I parked in a parking spot in front of a shuttered store, in order to buy some dog food for my dog and to also do an errand across the street. I had my 3 year old son with me. Upon returning 10 minutes later, I find a boot on my car, and the attendant in front of my car telling me I was in violation of the private owner's parking rules and that I had to pay $170 to get the boot removed. $170 fine for 10 minutes is egregious. He pointed to 2 signs that he says clearly lay out the rules for the parking lot but neither the sign that I parked in front of nor the one I walked past say anything about any specific violation. I called out this confusion, but the enforcement officer didn't care. I told him I was distracted with keeping my son safe in a parking lot; he didn't care. I then asked him - since I was gone for such a short amount of time - whether he saw me leave my car. He said he did. He said his job was to ensure there was no illegal parking, but instead of booting me he could have simply told me and pointed out the sign before I left the premises. Finally, even though I had other business in this shopping complex - picking up food for my dog - I apparently violated the rules as soon as I set foot off the premises. Seriously? It is clear this employee was waiting for me to trigger a minor violation to impose a disproportionately unfair penalty. For these reasons, as well as the fact not all signs clearly explain the specific rule that would trigger a violation, I find their conduct unscrupulous and am informing their behavior to the BBB.I am including the following attachments: 1) photo of where I parked, which was in front of a shuttered store; 2) perspective of the sign that I parked in front of; 3) close up photo of blue sign that does not say anything about what the parking rule is that I apparently violated; and 4) another red sign also not clearly stating the parking rules/violation. I am also attaching the ticket. I can also provide the receipt from the ******** store, which is also in the same shopping center, if necessary. Sincerely, *************************

I parked my car to go into a business for 2 minutes. I have done this many times before and thought I that I was parking in the businesss lot. When I came back 2 minutes later, my car had already been booted. Innovative Parking Solutions is a predatory company who intentionally uses deceitful practices to extract money out of unknowing consumers. The parking lot had one small, hard to read sign that called out that it was for a different business than the one I was patronizing. Innovative Parking Solutions was camped out and ready to attack, charging me $170 to remove a boot from my car after being inside a business for 2 minutes. This should be illegal.

Innovative Parking Solutions put a boot on my wheel and I had paid $170 dollars to get the boot off. I didn't recognize their no parking sign because it was not in the usual No Parking sign format, it was pointed out after I was booted, the sign looked huge and more like an advertisement. I was told I could appeal at ************************************************************ I did appeal but they never got back to me after a couple of months. I called them back at the number listed on the ticket or receipt (No. *****), at **********, I talked to someone about my complaint, they said they would call me back, never received a phone call or voicemail back from them. Thankyou for your time

This issue happened on 1/19/2024 in *******, **. The transaction total is $170. The owner of this shop was extremely disrespectful and yelled at me. I am pregnant. That causes fetal diress and can be extremely harmful to my unborn child. He told me that my husband was going to buy "drugs and paraphenilia" at the smoke shop he was headed towards AND DIDNT ACTUALLY ENTER. He proceeded to be condescending and say "you sound smart, you're intelligent" when I mentioned his ****** reviews and he responded that his negative ****** reviews means he is doing his job correctly. He was discriminatory and prejudice. My husband was driving my M3 Tesla and parked at **** and entered **** to use the bathroom. He stared walking to another store in the complex when he left the store and before he could even enter the store, there was a boot on the car. This business is predatory and harmful to the community. I get illegal parking and needing to tow cars that are not where they are supposed to be, but this is CLEARLY a money grab. They took payment via cashapp- they did not have a business profile or reputable bank that they were using. When I called back, I spoke with a woman who worked there not the owner and she told me to file and appeal. Which I am, but the owner said he would not give me a refund.

On Dec. 7, 2023, I had a grooming appointment for my dog at a store located in one of the parking lot properties overseen by Innovative Parking Solutions, LLC. I had arrived a few minutes early, so had took my dog for a quick walk so that he could relieve himself prior to his appointment. Within 3 minutes of me walking off the property, around the corner, my car had been booted and I was charged $170 to remove it. I was shocked considering I was a patron to a store on the property and the staff of Parking Solutions had been watching to boot my car as soon as their had been an opportunity. I believe this company is using predatory practices and using these fines as a substantial part of their revenue. I had filed an appeal request a few days after, it has now been a month and I have yet to receive a response.

My name is *********************. My car got booted this afternoon Nov 6th. During my lunch break time I stopped my car for less than five minutes to go to the ***************** store in the same square of the parking lot where my car got booted. I had a winter coat that needed 4 buttons replaced and needed to be dry-cleaned for the winter season ( I have the receipt included and attached to this email). I had a piece of mail in my hand so I decided to drop off that too. I left my coat in the car and when I came back to grab the coat I found the law enforcement man had booted my car and when I asked why he said it is a private parking lot for the **************** (**********). Although my car was on flashers, had the keys on it, and is still turned on. I intended to go just to drop my coat off the cleaners and I didn't notice where it says only for **********. I was trying to get something from ********** to avoid the very unfair boot. But the man was the boot is already. I paid 170$ just to go and drive back to my work because it was my lunch break and I had to resume working. BUT I'm sending this to attest that this is unfair booting and I want to appeal this decision even if it means going to the court and standing against the video recording. I made sure that it was clear and made sure to show my coat, and I believe I'm allowed to use the parking spots as long as I'm going into any of the stores that are attached to the parking lot "and I did confirm this information by asking the man who booted my car and he answered yes".I hope for your justice and fairness and to be refunded my 170$ that was unfairly charged.

Date of transaction: 12/29/23 Amount of money: $170 Receipt number: ***** Business has not attempted to resolve the issue.Innovative Parking Solutions (IPS) is a company that is contracted by businesses that own private parking lots. In this instance, I parked my car at one of their lots at **********************************************************. This lot is directly between an Xfinity store and a ******************** store. From the main road (Ashland Ave.), you see a giant Xfinity sign directly in front of the lot, and the lot is the only lot accessible from Ashland Ave. that is remotely close to the Xfinity store. As a result, I pulled into this lot assuming it was for the Xfinity store. Since it was slightly raining, and since I was only going to be in the Xfinity store for 3 minutes, I didn't even consider looking around to see if there were signs up. This was my mistake, but also, it was completely understandable given what I previously wrote. When I returned from the Xfinity store, an IPS agent had already put a boot on my car and told me to pay him $170 to have it removed. I explained the situation and confusion as well as the fact that I was gone for 3 minutes, but he didn't care. He was waiting there for me just hoping he could put a boot on my car. IPS has a notorious history of this kind of predatorial behavior. A simple ****** search of their reviews will corroborate this. Additionally, when I went to ask the IPS agent more questions, he brushed me off and closed his car window on me. I was initially told that if I didn't pay him $170, he would call a tow company, and that would cost me $410. This type of behavior is both predatorial and intimidating. They have a pattern of this behavior and need to be further regulated. They are a skeevy business who cares solely about s******* innocent people who make miniscule/understandable mistakes out of their hard earned money. I am requesting that I be refunded the $170.

My car was booted Illegally on 12/05/2023 while I was still on the parking lot. They literally sneaked behind my back while I was on the phone and booted my car. Those employees (racketeers) where wearing a vest and a badge like they are law enforcement and threatening to tow the car if I won't pay right now for $900. This scam company should go out of business.

We parked for 4 minutes in a ********* parking lot and were wrongfully given a boot, officer claimed we left the premise and he is wrong. I demand a refund for $170 for the wrongfully issued boot by a fake police officer. The officer ***** even know the correct model of the car, he wrote accord and the correct model of the car is an Acura TLX. Officer seemed a bit high/drunk since he cannot identify the correct model of a car.. please let me know the next steps for a refund, I will not stop until this is settled.
