I have been trying to figure out how to get tickets to:JAM PRESENTS THE MUSIC OF QUEEN PERFORMED BY THE ******************** FEATURING GUEST CONDUCTOR *********************** VOCALIST ***************** AND A FULL ROCK BAND ALL SEATS RESERVED RIVIERA THEATRE BUY TICKETS DATE Nov 25, 2022 EVENT STARTS 8:00 PM DOORS OPEN 7:00 PM ON SALE On Sale Now AGES All Ages I have been getting an endless circle on the website that the buy tickets goes to. I tried talking to the chat but I cant determine if they are real people because they werent reading what I was typing and they would disconnect and reconnect. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS.Business response

Thank you for sending along this customer issue.In response, this event was listed clearly on our website, and the link went directly to AXS, an outside ticket vendor which we use for our events. Riviera and Jam posted the event details very clearly online. Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The *** and other ticket sites don't recognize individuals using Apple products and they think because of the speed of the devices that we're mass ticket buyer's and don't load the page. I did get the *** app and had better luck. The Riviera should know that and should not have sent me a response with misspellings and passing the buck but businesses are very shady these days. Please file this information where it belongs in case it helps people in the future! Thanks!
