      I traded in my iPhone XS that I was told was never received as trade in. This was many months ago. I spoke with **** tonight that said my phone was received November 15. I have not received my trade in money towards my phone. I was told to give RMA *********. IMEI ***************.

      I canceled my ********* through AT & T on May 17, 2022. I returned the equipment the next day. I received acknowledgement of the equipment being received by them that day as they were notified by the returning service *** Store. On June 9, 2022. AT & T auto withdrew the full payment amount of $140.67, I called on that day and was told they would issue a refund and in fact that they did receive the equipment. Between canceling the service and asking for a refund on June 9, 2020 I spent nearly **** hours on the phone with them. I received a statement from At&T on June 30, 2022 showing a credit balance on my account of $142.91. I called them moments ago requesting a refund. AFTER 30 minutes waiting on and off. I was told that I do have a credit (all ready knew that) and that they could not refund my money until after July 17th! I should wait until late July to see if a check is issued or to call back then. They took my money fraudulently and then are using my money for 2 months - that is if I see it returned. This is not only bad service it is fraud and money theft. My account number is *********. Can you help me get my money back. Each time I call they place me on hold for a minimum of 5 min at a time numerous times...a tactic I believe to make me give up and hang up the phone.
