Burglar Alarm company contacted on August 14th regarding issues with the alarm system not being able to be armed from inside the home. After reading messages to ***** on panel, he stated that there was a bad panel and it required replacing. Stated that he would contact us as a follow up. ***** has never initiated calls from this point. We have had to continuously call for updates to which the panel cannot be set from inside the home and can only be set IF the phone app is working, which often it is not. Contacted 8/25, 8/28, 9/15, 9/20, 9/21, 9/26, and 9/27. Continuously called for follow up. On 9/21, ***** stated that we would have to pay for new panel, but wife reminded that the panel was upgraded less than 4 years ago by their company and that we purchased the insurance plan for this alarm company. Appointment was scheduled for 9/**********. No one called nor came to install new system yesterday. Contacted *****, he stated that his mother was in the ** and that he contacted the technician/owner but had not heard from him. Was supposed to follow up - never heard from *****. Attempted to contact today - no one is answering call (believe that we are now being ignored).
