To Whom It May ********** 4-2-2024, I ordered a pantsuit from the Maymioy company.It did not arrive on time for the event that I had purchased it for. I returned package to the address listed on the website for returns. **** Tracking # **** 5036 9930 0681 5799 79 I emailed the company to let them know it was on the way. They sent me an email telling me that I had to return it to *****. We all know that returning a package to ***** costs more than the pantsuit. I would not have purchased it through their company if they had listed on their site that it needed to be returned to *****. The reviews for this company on the BBB are rated an F. One review states, "Total Scam! Do not buy from this company. They falsely advertise items and send you whatever they want. Maymioy is a complete rip off. Buyer Beware!" I believe this company is a scam.Tracking shows that the package is on its way back to the company with the return address provided on its website. I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a light blue dress, size 6 from this company on 2/19. I received the dress today. It is red, size medium, and the completely wrong dress. I have tried calling their customer service number, line is busy. I have opened a chat and explained the issue with no response. I emailed, now waiting for a response. Their website says no refunds for sale dresses. I want a refund because this is the wrong dress and I think the company is a scam.Initial Complaint

I ordered a dress from this company. **** said they delivered it but I did not receive it. I emailed the company and they sent me an automated response to call the ****. I tried to call the phone number, but no one ever answers.
