      On April 7, 2024 visited Happy Nails Salon for a gel fill in. The nail technician that serviced me was ***.Upon completion, paid and topped nail technician. Later that evening after further inspection, didnt like the shape of nails (short coffin), nail polish application (chrome), polish on nail bed, polish not extending all the way to nail and overall look of the nails.On April 8, 2024 contacted nail salon Spoke to manager informed manager dissatisfaction with nails. Requested to come in yo have nails fixed. Manager agreed. At or around 4:30 enter nail salon. *** (nail tech) refused to fix nails. Stated nothing wrong with nails. If want nails fix post him more. Manager laughed with other customers. Left salon. Nails not fixed. 1. The manager agreed and then reneged to fix nails, 2. Never encountered a hostile and uncomfortable environment while trying to get nails filled in.3. It was a simple request that should have been handled in a more professional manner. Id like a full refund and would like the assistance of the Better Business Bureau.

      My daughter got a pedicure and manicure at this place of business and unfortunately she received an infection in her big toe. I called to explain this to one of the workers and they basically told me manager or owner was not there and that I should call back another time and hung up phone. I called back to explain the issue again and a lady said she was taking down my number ********** could call me which someone from this establishment did reach out to me and asked me to bring her in so they can look at her foot themselves. I brought her into their shop and one of the male workers soaked for toe in acetone he said to get the acrylic off toe. After removing it, he proceeded to tell me it appears as if her toe was bruised not an infection and that he does not see any negligence on their part. I informed him that I would take her to emergency room to get a professional assessment. I did show him pics of her foot the day she got them done and the. A pic of how it looked afterwards but he still insisted they did nothing wrong. Im confident that negligence on their part caused this to happen to my daughter foot.
