      If someone wants to see pretty much all auto dealer predatory tactics assembled in one place, this is the dealership you want to visit. You can expect sales reps highly trained and proficient to mislead you in every possible way, while being very careful to leave no paper trail of their "offers" in your hands.

      My vehicle was at ******* miles. I brought in my car for regular maintenance: tire ************** change. An employee, ****, wrote down my car info, comes back in, & asked if I was looking for 100k mile checkup. | said sure, let me know what you guys think needs to be done & I'll consider what you say. He proceeds to start writing on blank printer paper of all services my hybrid 100k mile car would need. He then tells me he'll "rip off Band-Aid" & tells me it's $3800. I told him I did not want to do all of that, what is most pressing services that need to be done? He then checks off certain things he thinks I definitely need done, which totaled approximately $2900.Then, I SPECIFICALLY asked if they would be sending me a text so I could approve or deny what l want done (like they always do) & guy said yes. So, when I never received a text from them while they were servicing my car, I texted ****, who stated vehicle does not need any additional services. Tech is still working on vehicle. We are having some technical difficulties w/ electronic multipoint vehicle inspection report. I will print it out for you so you have it. If it comes back up I will send it to you. **** never reached out to me regarding any information. When I arrived to pick up vehicle, cashier informed me that total price was $3000. I did not approve them to do anything aside from tire ************** change. When I complained to cashier & asked for manager, manager tried negotiating with me regarding payment plan. I insisted that I would not be paying for services I did not ask for & manager told me hes keep car another night after speaking with his boss. Again, no reply. Thankfully, I was eventually helped by another employee, ****, who overhead situation I was dealing w/. He spoke with his boss, passed message along that I would not be paying for unwanted ********* ****** agreed that I would not have to pay. I recommend going to Rich for any service needs, hes excellent/deserves a raise!

      We waited four hours to buy two cars. We thought it was odd that the general manager, ***************************, came out to tell us that she would not sell us a car until we test drove one. We had already test drove a ton of cars the last time we were there, but we agreed, which delayed our ability to buy a car. Then the we finally agreed on a price with the salesman, *******************, and signed a contract, he came back and said that we couldn't have one of the cars because they sold it to another person while we were signing our contract.

      I was there for a oil change and after oil when I come back to my car I noticed like the side box was open and its all nasty I wanna see I was missing some money from there somebody they steal the money on my car and when I talk to the management us take me to ******* this happened every time Im not responding minutes

      Complete scam. The service department here completely misled me about repairs my car "needed," and tried to talk me into $4,000 worth of repairs. Went to a more honest, independent mechanic and had some of the same work done for like $500. (Some of the work CNT said I needed wasn't even necessary.)Horrible, dishonest people.

      I bought a Toyota Corolla and paid their prize. We agreed registration papers need to be sent to **** and took them 45days to sent it. Check for registration was not right when sent to DMV ****. Called and email on two separate occasions and promised to have the check sent but until now 3 months after, still no check. I called today to speak to Finance agent and no call back. Very bad customer service. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.ALSO, I brought my Toyota Camry awhile back to have the auto windows change and charged $500 plus and after 3 days windows don't work again, informed warranty doesn't include the new problem. I ask a mechanic friend to check it, window was not changed and they sprayed dirt on the connectors of the motors. We bought a $.99 spray cleaner and no more stuck window. Save your hard earned money and DON'T even think of thinking to do business with Chicago Northside Toyota.

      We had a terrible experience buying a car here. Would not recommend. They put items on the final **** of sale that were never discussed. Yes, we did sign the agreement ( as they would argue), but they were deceitful how they presented what we were signing. Learn from our mistake! Always read everything! Don't go here, but if you do...beware of VIN etch and AIP (Auto Interior Protection) charges.

      Used to be businesslike if expensive. Recently tried ordering new wheel covers for my 2012 RAV4 and made three trips expecting to pick them up. Left to to wait for clerk approx ***** minutes each time, then got someone polite but unable to find covers in catalogue. Problem? My car is on cusp between models and has the older style wheels. How did I find out? Using Amazon online catalogue. Found 4 covers for less than Toyota wanted to charge for one, and with free delivery. Will I go back to CNT? Not on your life. I found them remote, uninterested, poorly organized, undermanned and very, very incompetent. Can't help thinking that their disconnection had something to do with my advanced age. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
