What can I say about the most horrible moving company? This company should be placed on the "DO NOT HIRE!" Please think twice before hiring. It seems as though the one supervising knows how to get money out of you. They are very unprofessional, they lack people skills and are thieves. I hired them to pick up my furniture and boxes. When the movers arrived, the supervisor asked me if I had any guns? what the heck did he mean by the? Was he planning on stealing it if I had one? As I read some of the reviews about how they wanted money in cash. Who carries thousands of dollars in their pockets? I don't. The guy was very intimidating. I was scared. I wanted them to leave my house. However, my closing was the next day. This is my original review: This is not a good moving company. The movers lost my glass top to my dining table. Another thing missing is my keyboard and mouse. I called the company last week and was told to wait a couple of days. It is Sunday (March 12, 2023) and no response. The movers that I dealt with seemed very unprofessional. The guy supervising lacked people skills and very unprofessional. I paid for a four man crew which included the guy supervising. The guy supervising was walking back and forth while the other three did all the work. How lovely, I was paying for him to walk around and boss the other guys. If you are looking for a good moving company, find one that is family owned. Those types of companies make sure that they hire competent people. (Please do not hire this company!) Today, I am very scared. I made a police report because this is not right. I am afraid that they will come back and do something to me because I reported them.Review from Amber F

I really should have looked into the negative reviews prior to hiring this company. I contacted this company for a move after shopping around I found that the were both available on my date and a good price so I went ahead and booked it putting a 50 dollar deposit down. I was sent an estimate of 550 which would include 3 men for 3 hours including the travel time to my destination. Both on the estimate and on the conformation call I was told I would be able to use a credit card. The movers were scheduled to come between 1-3. I received a call shortly after 3 from the movers saying they would not be there for another hour due to the pervious move going long. A bit annoying but not a huge deal. Once the finally arrived around 4:10 the men came up to my unit. Immediately upon coming up they said that it would be an extra 130 dollar charge for the stairs in the lobby. I am on the 3rd floor my unit number is literally 3 and I have had other services come to deliver furniture that had a 3 floor only policy without issue. Since the were there already I just agreed. The main guy walked around looked at my stuff and said he was going to give me a new estimate. After a few minutes he said that the new amount would be 968, nearly double the original amount. I was shocked. I wanted to cancel but was informed I would be charged for 2 hours. At the same time he also said it would need to be cash only. This all felt like a scam. He said because he needed to wrap some items and make some boxes for the tvs, also he increased the time needed to 4 1/2 hours stating that because of the big move they just did they were really tired. I was pretty upset by the price being so much more and the payment needing to be cash only so I let my partner handle the movers while I called the company. The woman on the phone kept going back and forth between me and the main man on the job site. Between discussing the price with the man onsite and the woman on the phone this had all taken about an hour. During this time the guys were not working and I was still being charged. While I was on the phone the main man kept telling my partner that the could do it for cash and that he could drive him to a bank to get the cash out. Finally the woman on the phone and I agreed that the men would move the items that I wanted for the next hour and thirty minutes so I could keep the original estimate price. After I finished the call the men came back up with the few items that they had taken down in the beginning. They threw them down right inside my door and said they weren't going to do the job. I have never had an experience like this. THIS PLACE IS A ****, they will double there price once the arrive and demand cash. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have no idea how they have so many positive reviews. "Review from Linda L

My first move with Wolley was fantastic. This past move was the 8th level of ****. It was on May 24th, so not even on a weekend or holiday. I purposely schedule the move during the week so there wasn't so much pressure for anyone. They were 2 hours late, took more than 3 hours to move my belongings out of an elevator building (for comparison, the move into the building took less than 3 hours from start to finish including travel time.), the team lead complained the whole about how many boxes I had, they took a half-hour to go the 1.5 miles between buildings (they took lunch, promised I wouldn't have to pay for it but in the end, I did). Then, an hour into being at my new place, I received a call from the management company of my old apartment; apparently, the team lead forgot to shut off the hot water in the master bath which flooded my bathroom and leaked into the apartment below and since I was technically the last one out of the door, the company refused to help or even apologize! Then, they had the audacity to try and reneg on my using a credit card when I confirmed 3 times that it was ok to use a CC. Three times! They quoted me for $660 and it came in at over $900."Review from Shawn
