      I have unsubscribed to their email list a total of 9 times in the past several months. They are not honoring my requests even though it says my requests have been processed every time. It has officially become harassment at this point. I am requesting to be formally removed from their data base.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, will be reopened should the "technical issue" prove to be unresolved and I recieve communications from them in the future.

      I get a lot of your surveys on survey panels, mainly prodege , via InboxDollars and swag bucks. Many times, if not most times, I complete them but I am not compensated for my efforts. This is even after getting an acknowledgment of receipt of the survey and my data. Ill base my complaint on the latest survey below. This was a showerhead study I completed ..lit took ******************************************************************************************************************** like my data removed from this survey, and your privacy email will not return emails. The information is below.please compensate or remove .***********************************************************************************************************

      We fully dispute this claim. This respondent tried to take the same survey multiple times via different sample panels and was appropriately rejected.

      We disagree with the assertion that we are not treating this respondent property and paying him for taking a survey.

       

      Our records show that he attempted to take a C+R survey via third party panels that recruit respondents.  He was terminated (kicked out of the survey) multiple times due to programmatic data quality checks.  In this case, it was probably because he was trying to take the same survey multiple times which is not allowed.

       

      Furthermore, if he did complete the survey, it would be the third party panel company that would pay him his incentive, not C+R.

      My daughter ********************* is part of the TeensEyes panel and requested a withdrawal in check form on 11/17/22 in the amount of $20.00. She has yet to receive that check. I have emailed repeatedly and called repeatedly. Most of the time there is no response, occasionally a receptionist will answer and say they are in the process of cutting checks but still nothing has been received. My other daughter *********************** also requested a check in the amount of $2.00 but has yet to receive that as well...that may be because of some threshold needed to request but again, I don't know because nobody responds. At a minimum, ****'s check is missing and there is no way to request it again because her balance now says $0.

      According to our Operations team, **** and ***** did get their checks, and admittedly they were late for which we apologize. We received an email from the parent that the checks were finally received and that they were going to notify you (BBB) to close the case.  A copy of that email is attached.

      We redeemed for a Kidz Eyes panel check on March 15. We waited and it never arrived in mail. I contacted you through the Kidz Eyes Contact Us form on your website several times in the last 2 months, always waiting for a reply and never receiving one. I even sent an email to you through the BBB website, hoping for a response about when you sent out the check and where it is - but still no response. I had no choice left but to contact you through the BBB to get some answers. The phone number you list on your Kidz Eyes ported says it 'Toll free', but 312 area code numbers are NOT tollfree numbers.

      According to our records, the check was received and deposited (or cashed).  I sent this information to the claimant and she agreed that it was cashed.  It was done so by her sister and she was not aware.
