      I have placed two orders for a magazine through this company once in november order #**** and again in March #****.Each time the item has never been delivered and the support contact is very vague and responses do not seem legitimate. Concerned they are a scamming business.

      I have received a magazine subscription that I did not order. I was able to contact the magazine company in this case, *************************** Living, and stop the deliveries however they are coming from an agency named valuemags.com. The magazine comany did not have a phone # for this agency and the number you list on your website is disconnected. I did not order this or any magazine. I am filing a fraud complaint with my credit bureau in case they try to charge me for this subscription.

      I have received both People and *************************** Living magazines. I have never ordered or authorized anyone to order these magazines. When i contacted People and Living and requested that they cancel these subscriptions that were unauthorized, they told me that Valuemags had done it and that I would have to call them to stop the subscription. The phone number they give ************ never goes through. I have no idea how this company got my personal information. They have the BBB listed on their website as A+ rating. Please help me put a stop to this. Thank you

      Approx. 2 months ago I received a *************** issue with my name and address on it. I had not subscribed to this magazine and called their customer support department, where I was informed that a business opened an account with my name. They provided me with the name of the business -ValueMags - and the phone number as listed. Impossible to reach by phone, so I filed a complaint on their website regarding the fraudulent use of my name and address to open an account for a magazine I didn't want and never ordered. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to cancel the fraudulent subscription and stated it would not happen again. Today I received an issue of ****** Living ******* with my name and address on it, to which I also did not subscribe. I called their customer service line and was advised an account had been opened in my name by ValueMag for this subscription. As ValueMag's phone number is now basically not working, I again filed a complaint on their web site and advised I would be filing a BBB complaint. Rec'd an email back from ValueMag stating that this subscription was cancelled at the same time as the previous complaint, obviously a lie as *************************** Living customer service stated it was an active subscription.

      I will accept this response, however, I doubt very much that this will be the 

      last problem I have with this company. I was told that the *************************** Living account they

      opened in my name had been closed over a month ago at the same time I had the problem with

      the company opening an account in my name with **************** I will not hesitate to pursue

      legal action if my name is used fraudulently again.

      I have now received in the mail 3 issues of "People" and one issue of "*************************** Living", which I NEVER ordered. I tried calling People after the first issue arrived but could not reach anyone there. The "People" label states it is through Nov. 23 and "Living" through May 22. With difficulty today I reached a woman at *********************** said she could stop both magazines from being delivered BUT said the subscription was initiated by "a third party" which is valuemag.com and that I would have to contact them to have the two subscriptions officially stopped. She gave me a phone number ************, which was bogus, apparently. A recording came on saying "I"m sorry, your call cannot go through as dialed"!!! Online I located another number for Valuemags.com - ************ & no one answered. I don't want to contact them online because I'm afraid it may compromise my information further. The subscription number for People is is PPL2734577725/5# (subscription until Nov. 23) & the subscription number for "*************************** Living" is #MLV273457772517# until May 22. . I do not want these subscriptions NOR ANY OTHERS!!! I NEVER ordered them and did NOT sign up for any "free offers". Please help me cancel and ensure they have no billing information and that I will not be charged for these issues already delivered. And please make sure I do not receive any others. What Valuemags is doing is fraudulent in my view. Thank you. *************************** (as is the name on the subscriptions)

      I received a copy of *************************** *************** in the mail on 11/22/2021, which I did not sign up to receive. I called *************************** Living, canceled any further magazines and was told it was sent by Value Mags in *******, ********. I was given ************** to call Value Mags, but the number was to Verizon.The subscription number is MLV2735066413/5# MAY22 JA99 ***** I want to know where they got my information so I can reach that party, and stop any and all future bills being sent to me from Value Mags.

Today 11/22/2021 ******************************* *************** arrived. I have to search transactions of all banks and credit cards to make sure I am not being charged !
