  RE: Attorney Theodore London/ the Law Offices of Theodore *********************************** Attorney fees ($750) were paid in full for the establishment of a POA and land trust in Sep 2016. Maintenance fees have subsequently been paid every year (total $1075). In Dec, 2021 it was found that there were not complete records ever received. Further inquiry revealed there was no deed recorded with the County neither was all information filed as necessary. Correct names and signatures were not included on forms that were to become official documents until an extensive number of phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to the attorney's office. In the process, the attorney agreed to credit the account with the title company as compensation for my family's loss. We had paid for services not rendered. After all errors in paper work were resolved, in Oct. of 2022, I received the stamped deed and the trust. My family asked that three years of maintenance feeds be credited. It is to no avail that the attorney kept his commitment (not even returned email/calls) despite further attempts to recover the balance of fees as a credit towards some future maintenance fees.

  o in April I hired Att T. London to file with the ******* trust my property at ********************************. At the time he said I had a water **** of $311 that had to be paid before I register my property with ******* ********* I called the water company and they could not find a **** for $311. I got on a budget payment and kept the **** paid on time when due. What I can not understand is why this law company waited a whole year to tell me that my property had not been filed because of a water **** that does not exit. I have been down to the water company and to this date there is no **** of that amount. My problem is that this law company sat on this foe a year before notifying me of this problem. I had no calls or notice in that whole year of this problem. The law company does not control ********************* but. I should have been notified by the law company. How could I pay a **** that did not exist? If I could pay a lawyer $1500 I surely could pay a $311 water ****. I feel this law firm was negligent in following through with this agreement
