      **************** emailed me that they charged me twice because they had a duplicate order in their system and I could receive a refund when the order got to me and I returned it. I emailed them back and they provided me with the information from the order which included an address that was not real and they also put the order through on a date I did not even visit their website. Someone on their side placed a fake order without my consent and charged my card and they are refusing to refund the fake order. The picture is the false address that does not exist anywhere.

      My husband purchased a necklace from David yurman two years ago I wore it twice and the second time it broke. I called the pace where it was purchased and was told it was nit able to be fixed only repaired but I had to pay. At the time I was not able to get it repaired due to cost. Last month in February my husband not knowing the first necklace broke he bought me a second one its March a month later I turned the necklace because it turned and surprise it broke. I want a refund and they are telling me its not possible because it was bought from their retailer. I just want a refund. I will not be purchasing from them again and hope to stop others from being ripped off for poor quality.

      I purchased a ring for myself online while still overseas in ***** on my husbands military orders. The ring was a Christmas present. It was ordered in a size 7.5. One I came back to ******* and opened the ring it fell off my fingers. It was too big. I had the size confirmed at a David yurman store in Nordstrom and the ring was sent to me was an 8.5. I called customer service and they told me to send it. My family got sick with Covid and I mailed it as soon as I could. Outside of 45 days to get an exchange. They are now sending me the same giant ring back. Im not sure what to do with it because I cant wear it. Overall, a horrific experience.

      Quality issues with the jewelry pieces. Deceiving information on the material components. Sold as silver and gold while its stainless steel and vermeil gold. Different pricing, price gouging when prices are not consistent with the department stores.

      On DEC 16 2021 i bought myself a bracelet from David Yurman in the boutique in ********. the first time wore it was Christmas day. The next was January 13th, i know cause i was off from work with covid. i was in isolation. On February the 1st as i was going home from work in the subway i noticed it gone. it was nowhere to be found.i could never know for a fact but i suspect that there we a defect in the clasp. I cannot prove this. based on my experience the quality of the merchandise seems flimsy. I paid **** dollars for the bracelet. i think its gorgeous and think they have exquisite looking pieces but i will always doubt the quality. I dont think its fair to have to give another **** dollars to replace it. i would love it if they met me half way and sold the same bracelet the same size half off.

      My husband purchased a necklace and matching bracelet for me for Christmas. He originally purchased the 11mm ring and then second guessed himself and went back into the store and exchanged the ring for the larger 14mm ring. I am a petite person and the 14mm just swallowed my hand. Due to covid and having a newborn I did not seek to exchange the ring until recently. It has never been worn. I would expect a brand such as David Yurman to extend their exchange period during a pandemic however they would only allow me to get the smaller size ring if I spent the difference (I would be getting a refund of approximately $600) or I could get a gift card to the store for that amount. The girls in the store tried to convince me to keep my larger ring even though it is obviously too big for my hand. Feeling overwhelmed I opted for the gift card but now I have a $600 giftcard that I don't want. I would prefer the refund to my original card for purchase.
