We had such a horrible experience with 2 individuals who are very successful in this company and boy they are both users and typical used car salesman. They only care about signing you up and then when you do have a claim they are no where to be seen!!!! These people treat their so called clients like a product, once I get what I want we don't care about you attitude. We decided to cancel there so called insurance policy and we are going with another company that treats us with respect and compassion. THE WORST GREASY 2 SALES PEOPLE I'VE EVER MET!!!!Combined Insurance Company Response

I filed a claim with them sent in documentations supporting and I still have not received anything from them. I'm going to cancel the policy; however, I have been paying them for years and only used this once! Wasted my Money!Combined Insurance Company Response

If I could give a zero I would. After reading all of the complaints it seems like I'm not the only one. I submitted my paperwork in June and the only reason they reviewed my claim a month later was because I called several times asking for an update. They keep asking for the same paperwork to be sent in and when I call and ask if they see my submitted paperwork they tell me they have everything but then Ill receive an email asking for the same paperwork. Its time that the Attorney General looks into these complaints and require this company does its job or shut them down! If this is not resolved by the end of September I'm notifying the *** the News, and the bank that pushes this insurance. 8/19/24 BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.Combined Insurance Company Response

There are the worst disability insurance company on the planet! I have been giving them a lot of money since 1999 way before they were bought by *****. Their website is garbage so I decided to call. Big mistake! I kept getting put on hold for an hour and a half. Finally, I asked for a manager, and she proceeded to tell me that a disability claim would not be paid out for 90 days after surgery. I am a self- employed hairstylist and I need carpal tunnel surgery. How am I going to survive in that 90 days? If I would've known any of this, I would have canceled a long time ago and went with another company. I would not recommend this disability company to anyone. Very disappointed!!! I have paid accident insurance with them since 2020. You call they say they resolved cases in 10 to 15 days what a lie. I filed a claim on 6/12/24. Never heard anything. Then I call they will expedite my calls. Nothing. Now they said they don't honor the 10 to 15 business days. Waste of ************** They are completely ridiculous! First they try make you jump through hoops till get tried and give up on claim. Then after being told father in law passed away still took payments out of checking for three months. Then send paper bill. Know the man had passed.Combined Insurance Company Response

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by [Insurance Company]. I filed a claim six months ago and have been met with nothing but delays and excuses. Despite providing all the necessary documentation promptly, my claim has still not been resolved.The customer service is abysmal. Every time I call for an update, I am either put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time or given vague responses that do not address my concerns. There seems to be a complete lack of communication within the company, as I am constantly asked to resubmit documents that I have already provided multiple times.After six months of waiting, I have yet to receive any payment or even a clear answer about the status of my claim. This level of inefficiency and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I trusted [Insurance Company] to handle my claim with care and urgency, but they have failed miserably.I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been waiting for my payout on my accidental claim since 4/2024. Its about to be July 2024.I have been on with three different agents for a total of 3 hours. I was promised they would find my adjuster and escalate the claim. There is no movement on my claim and I provided all the info from the ** and Surgeon follow up. ****** I need to find a different company. I would like to get in contact with the owner of combined life. I have asked on each call for the owner's info. They refuse to give me the info. No one should beg for reimbursement when they are hurting. They do not beg for my payment every month.Combined Insurance Company Response

Do not waste your money. The customer service *****, no form of communication and a bunch of lazy workers. Filed a claim and waited 3 month for a letter stating they're waiting to assign me a person.Combined Insurance Company Response
