LET'S FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST ****!!! WHO'S WITH ME!!!! I would do an actual review but literally everything I have to say has been said in some review or another by multiple customers that are going through the same thing I am. This is not a review or a claim it is a call to arms. Its obvious that all of us here have been wronged on some level or another by this crooked insurance. All it takes is 20 of us to start a class action lawsuit. For anyone that reads this review and is interested please respond to this message. We should all pool our resources together and do whatever we can to put them out of business.ps: i only rated it 1 star because you have to put a star rating. but its honestly a 0 for me.Review from Veronica C

My complaint is against the manager ******* at the location of *********************. First horrible management experience. Their underwriting department needed documents but I wasn't made aware for months due to them closing locations. 1st issue my bank account was hacked & I called and explained that. 2nd they would not remove the electronic draft from my profile and sent the payment through 2x causing me 2 overdraft fees and would not refund them The so called manager America took weeks to return My call about the fees & stated she would return call & never did but had her employee's tell me it was nothing further she could do. To this day 02-21-24 the manager America still has not returned my call. Very crazy service, management and the way they are conducting business now is definitely about their insureds!!!Review from Natasha H

If you are involved in an accident with somebody who carries this Insurance expect to get treated terribly. My 84 yo Mother was hit by somebody backing out of their driveway. The lady was ticketed and the neighbor has the accident on video. My Mother has been without a vehicle for 72 hrs and ****** from **** Insurance has informed us that it takes **** days to get an rental car approved. Nothing but brick walls trying to deal with them. Imagine having your car damaged to where you can't drive it and the at fault insurance refuses to provide you with a rental car for **** days. How do you get to work, ******* ***************** They are a very cheap insurance company buyer beware dot not get insurance from this company.
