    As an insurance denials clerk I called 12/14/2022 and 01/20/2023 but times representative escalated claim and on 01)20/2023 asked for call back from supervisor. No call back received. Called today and spoke to *** rep hung up after I asked for a supervisor called back spokee to ***** waited for 30 minutes he stated no supervisor available and they have no corporate number after much hesitation gave me name *** to his supervisor

    I picked then in Oct of 2021 . In January of 2022 I begin to have terrible pain in my lower back down my left leg front and side . I went to the ** and they said one of my fusion had popped out . Made an appointment to see my pain Dr they ordered a *** and it took WellCare forever to approved . Finally had the *** and my pain Dr suggested injections in my back . They faxed the paperwork over to WellCare and they denied the treatment saying I needed therapy . Went to therapy in all that pain my hip was locking up and it was horrible . The therapist decided against me trying it because it made the pain worst . WellCare still denied the injections . Finally in June ****** approved the injections . Some of the staff is very rude . They get you to sign up but then they treat you wrong . I will never recommend WellCare to NO ONE . Also in February a payment was taken from my disability check called WellCare and they said to give them 90 days . I still have not received my money . I thought they were there to help not harm
