This is related to a online order with www.sabonusa.com. The order # is *********. I placed this order on July 22, 2022. The cost of the order was $51.03, and I used the Amazon Pay payment option. It was a gift for a friend. I had received no shipping notice by August 3, 2022. I call Sabon at ************. There is an automated message that states leave a message or send an email to ********************************************** I sent an email on August 3, 2022 to the ********************************************** I received a reply from SabonUSA later that same day. The reply indicated that there was a 'glitch' with their website on July 22nd and all the orders placed that day were cancelled. The email indicated that all payments were voided. I sent a response back to ********************************************* August 3, 2022 indicating that I had used Amazon Pay and questioning how the refund would work with this payment option. SabonUSA responded August 3, 2022 saying they will be reaching out to management on this matter. I have heard nothing from SabonUSA. I two follow-up emails on August 4, 2022 and another follow-up email on August 5, 2022. I cannot get through on their phone. I have no credit to my credit card, and no credit through Amazon. I would like to receive a refund for the $51.03. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I placed an order online (order # 000185983) as a birthday gift for my friend. I put my friend's address as delivery address, which is in Richmond, VA. But Sabon delivered the gift to my home address, which is in Chicago, IL. I'm sure I put the correct address. I contacted Sabon about this but it has been almost a week now and no response at all. I tried calling their number and they never responded. I only placed three orders with Sabon and I had pretty bad experience. First time they missed two items in the order. Second time it took a very long time to ship. This time they delivered to the wrong address. The worst thing is their customer care. It always took a long time for a response. It's so hard to contact them.
