  Novak sub contract a demolition crew doing work next to my place of employment. Their demolition crew damaged my vehicles with debris and trash on to the property where i work. I filed a claim with novak. They are not accepting responsibility but blaming it on trespassers. Would like them to pay for damages. Its their construction site. They should be responsible or have better security. Someone could have gotten hurt.

  We submitted our reply (same as below) on Saturday April 30th, 2022:

   To Whom It May **************************** are in receipt of Complaint ID #: ********.  The claim states, I filed a claim with Novak.  The only complaint of this nature that we have received is from *************, who contacted the Company via e-mail at ****************************************************** on March 28, 2022.  That complaint related to Novaks construction project located at **************** Road.  We assume this complaint is in reference to the same site, although the complaint does not provide an address. 
  
  Novak responded timely to Ms. *** communication and immediately got its insurance carrier involved to assess the situation. Specifically, on March 31, 2022, Novaks Safety Director, *************************,responded to Ms. ** via e-mail informing her that Novak had contacted its insurance carrier and filed a claim.  **** encouraged Ms. ** to obtain an estimate on the damaged vehicle(s) to expedite resolution of the issue. 
  
  On April 18, 2022, **** followed up via e-mail to Ms. ** providing her with the claim number, the name and contact information of the claim representative, and informed her that he requested that the claim be escalated. 
  
  Our insurance carrier investigated and determined that any vehicle damage at/near the site did not result from an act of God and was most likely the result of rocks being thrown from inside the construction site by vandals.  The carrier contacted Ms. ** and offered to pay the deductibles for the vehicles that were allegedly damaged.  Ms. ** ended the call abruptly saying that she would be getting an attorney involved.
  
  On April 25, 2022, Novak hired a security company to patrol the project site to prevent any vandals from accessing the site in the future.  The security company is present during all times that Novak employees are not on site, namely 6pm to 6am Monday through Friday and 24 hours on the weekends.
  
  Novak apologizes for any inconvenience that Ms. ** and Sikou Khantha may have experienced, and, through its carrier, offered to pay both individuals deductibles.  Novak also requested estimates for necessary repairs, and to or knowledge, no such estimates have been provided.  We are happy to review and consider any such estimates.
  
  In conclusion, Novak is committed to addressing and resolving any damage which may have emanated from its construction site. To that end, I contacted Sikou Khantha to learn more about the complaint. He explained that there are three damaged vehicles.  He shared that he has received an insurance check for the value of one of the vehicles and that he did not submit the others to insurance.  He has received an estimate on the second vehicle, but has not obtained an estimate on the third.  I offered to pay the insurance deductible on each of the vehicles ($250, $500,and to be determined) once we have received his estimates, and Sikou stated that he was satisfied with that resolution.

  I am rejecting this response because: technology is awesome  i have time stamp and date for txt and email. we can go back and forth all day, do i need to post pictures, txt, emails to prove how novak does business. is this the reputation you would want the public to see? your super construction crew can not even bulid a door that doesnt open into another property and damaging park vehicles, would you like to see videos? so lets get to the point. your crew gave me a savage title to my car. pay up or shut the f*** up.
