I placed an order on 6/22/23 for 2 stock (non-personalized) items for a total of $92.45. After 2 weeks of the order status stating "in production" I attempted to contact them via email. After a few days of no response I attempted to call. They never answer their phone. Supply issues are acceptable but charging my credit card and not producing goods AND NOT COMMUNICATING is not acceptable business practices. I've since initiated a charge-back with my credit card company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Initial Complaint

On November 21, 2022 I ordered 2 items totaling $201.20. About 3 weeks after my order I received one item and not the other. Upon further research I saw that the other item was listed as on back order. I have called, emailed and left messages repeatedly and NON have garnered a response. I have no clue when I will receive my other item if EVER but it is still listed for sale on the site and is clearly back in stock. I literally just want my item and if I can't have it please just give me my money back.Initial Complaint

In the beginning of October 2022, I purchased a Fez from the company. I called in December to see where my product was. After countless calls I finally spoke to someone who said they dont have my fez but will be sending me a different one out the following Tuesday. I still have not gotten my fez and its January. I called several times but no one answers the phones. I contacted and emailed the CEOand still no response. They clearly took my money without giving me my product. I called my bank who has opened an investigation. I am looking to *** at this point.Initial Complaint

On October 19, 2022, I ********************* placed an order of two polo shirts with embroidery work on lauterer.com in the amount of $77.90. The amount has already been removed from my bank account. The order number is ******. I have tried to contact them through their website comment, Emails and via their customer service number ************ in reference to an estimate delivery date. I have not made contact with them through phone and have not receive a response to any other attempted contacts. In my last attempted contact, I advised that I would be taking further action, if I did not receive a response from them.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on or about 10/04/22. I received a partial order, with two items stating they were on back order. I have called and emailed the company, with no response, a total of approximately 8 times to have the backordered items canceled and my car credited the amount. I was charged for all items, even what was not received. The company refuses to answer me and my card has not been credited for the items I did not receive and am attempting to cancel. At this point, I believe the company is ignoring my messages so as they will not have to return my money.Initial Complaint

My name is *******************. I placed an order for items on 4/19/22, and have not received all of my items On 8/29/22 I received one of the items, Item #**ES3 Fez with Large O.E.S. in Rhinestone letters above Star only AFTER emailing the business on 8/15/22 requesting a refund and notifying the business I would be contacting the BBB.I still have not received Item #**ES13PM - Past Matron Sash A for $139.00 Prior to receiving any items, I called numerous times, for months, and no one answers. I have also left numerous messages and no one replies. I know of two other people who placed orders after me who got their orders before I received anything.I have been ordering from Lauterer for over ***************************************************************************************************************************** this situation. The order number is ******, and the order total is ******. I would like the outstanding order sent, and a billing adjustment in exchange for the inconvenience.
