I had denture made and s gold tooth on it which was asked to pay 250 dollars. The teeth was made wrong so I took them back and the manager said I have to pay for lab fee .I told her where did i sign in black and white to sign for ************* to give me a full refund she doesn't want to give my ****** dollars back.Initial Complaint

I went to Destiny Dental as a patient needing to replace partials. 05/26/2022. I was told it cost $800.00 to replace the teeth I paid cash the fist day. They continue to stall me on replacing the teeth I missed time off work, 4 or 5 times, I asked if they could expite the service I was told yes they could have each part completed in 7 days if I paid and additional $100.00 I did as of Friday 07/22/2022 they havent gave me a replacement I complained on each visit only to be stalled. I explained to Destiny Dental I was a preacher and needed this resolved with no help. Finally I requested my money back havent received it yet I go home Friday I find out that they had submitted claims to my insurance company for service. That I paid cash for plus they didn't complete. This is outrageous
