*************************** is the owner and I have been back and forth trying to calculate all of the charges and work that was not done. I have been charged a total of $4,068.75 for services that were not completed. In one instance I was charged $500 just to fill out a questionnaire about my accounting with no actual accounting being done which is outrageous. I have currently paid ***** and his firm a total of $2,148.75 and have nothing to show for it. I get threatening emails from ***** to pay the remaining balance and after requesting proof of work and to work out a payment plan due to my confusion as to what is actually being done he sends me straight to a collections agency without ever reaching out and calling me. Working with this firm was a big mistake and greatly regret choosing ***** and his firm to work with. Now I am out $2,148.75 with no work completed for my accounting and taxes and have to deal with the collections agency which will add more fees and charges to my account and blemish my credit. ***** refuses to resolve any issues with me and has refused to call me on the phone to work out a solution. This demonstrates the worst kind of business you can ever do with your customers. To anyone considering doing business with ************ would recommend to take your business elsewhere.
