I've know Wiley for over 40 years we were good friends more like family my mom feed him like part of family on our dinner table.had him do some cement work from front side of my home all the way to the back cement cracked in several places I called to let him know to see if he can come to look at it all he said is that he have to send some quality guy from cement company that he bought from to look at it that was his escape so he won't have to fix it is this how you treat people that gives you business also he did the lawn in front of my house but did not put dirt to level the ground just threw the sod now the ground is very lumpy how can anyone try to keep a business like this lots of friends of mine needed cement work I had sent them else where to get work done you need to do excellent work to have a good reputation to always be referred from everyone he did work for not to take money and run.

We contacted Wiley to get some work done in our backyard, he told us it was a one day project and came to conduct the work. It was messy, done in a rush and lack of communication. He promised to come back and rectify the situation and fix it to get some glossy or color on it to appease us. However at this point we just want a **** refund and to never work with him again. He came the second day to remove the panels on the side of the concrete and I asked him to get me a receipt and proposal prior to him leaving, but he and his son just packed up super quickly and left with a trace and not to be seen again. Super fishy and may seem like hes trustworthy with his conversations but definitely seem way better work done with concrete. Not cool and I hope no one ever gets business from him again. We were left with a bunch of imperfections with the concrete work, lines were uneven it was just sloppy. If I could leave no starts I would! Beware! IF you are reading this Wiley, I hope you have the common decency to give the customers their refund and stop seeking out businesses with other people.

Very poor quality work. Did 3 cement steps all different sizes The man is a great con artist said he would return. I guess he ment in a different life. I would never use or recommended him for anything
