1 starTalking with their REMOVEDis a waste of time and frustrating. Surprisingly, they lack the required knowledge on health insurance to be of any help. I wish our company would change third party providers.Review fromWillie J

1 starBswift is not exercising good business practices by not sending files per REMOVEDcares contract. They could not provide proof to REMOVEDthat anything was sent to them on a 3-way call despite their claim it was sent twice. Therefore, this has compromised us getting our medical cards activated and canceled doctor appointments. We need help we are confused and disappointed at this process and financial loss with no coverage. I had REMOVEDcare medical insurance through his employer. I resigned from that job and enrolled with Cobra through Bswift from his previous employer. Enrollment was meet with difficulty. The site did not make it clear how to pay. We received immediate confirmations that our effective day was November 27th our first payment was not due until 30 days later. We assumed the bill will come in the mail. But the fact we had no medical cards didn't set well so my husband we were tossed round and round with no real answers to how do we get medical cards from Bswift administrates. Me and my wife spoke to 5 different administrator members at Bswift regarding the medical cards. Everyone said talk to REMOVEDthe previous insurer to get your medical cards. REMOVEDadvised us to return our concern to Bswift. Eventual we were told by Bswift even though you have an effective date you have to make your first payment to begin coverage. The website is not user friendly. Payment was made December on the 15th. (Still no medical cards) or clarity from either side how we will get them if Cobra is not communicating with UHC. My wife had to cancel her colonoscopy a couple wks. ago. REMOVEDhas our coverage listed as terminated. So, we are just waiting for our medical cards When we speak to Bswift they claimed the file has been sent to REMOVEDdespite REMOVEDclaim it has not been sent. Bswift advised us to make 3 separate cases called urgent carrier update. Get it together Bswift follow REMOVEDcontract. We need active medical coverage ID by December 31st or cancel.Review fromMitchell B

1 starEverything listed of previous posts. Absolutely horrible! From the app not working properly, unable to change information. To getting bills in the mail with no phone number to just make payments directly.Review fromKerry R

1 starMy experience with your REMOVEDhas been unacceptable. I separated from my company on 11/14, and as of 12/3, I still have not received any mail or guidance about my benefits. I had to rely on outside resources to figure out how to even begin the enrollment process. After completing my enrollment, I called three days later and was told nothing had been processed. Now Im being told it will take another 1015 days before the insurance partners are even notified. This level of delay is not just inconvenientit directly affects peoples health and well-being. I need confirmation that my enrollment is being properly processed and that my coverage will be activated without further delay.Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt resolution.Review fromShelton G

2 starsPoorly developed app/site with massive GUI, performance and reliability issues. I hope my company isn't paying for this trash. It isn't worth a dime, let alone anything else.Review fromElizabeth G

1 starAs per some of the complaints below, this is regarding COBRA. I have been using THIER auto-deduct system for my monthly payments. Of note, "I" can not pick the date that the funds are paid. They determine that the date the funds are withdrawn from my account are the 5th of the month. The bill is due on the 1rst of the month. Again, "I" can not change the date on their system to have my payments made on the 1rst as I would wish. - SO, My PHARMACY gets cancelled until the payment goes through and then the system has to process that payment (only twice a week, not on the weekends. - I started calling about my Pharmacy coverage because Optum Rx sent a cancellation email to me (it went to SPAM and I didn't see if for months. I am on COBRA b/c my husband, the employee, died.) So, in January 2025 I wanted to be sure everything was OK. And it was. So I had prescriptions sent to mail order. On the 31st. Electronically. Optum didn't process it until days later and by then they determined that I had no coverage. This began a saga of DAILY phone calls. Everyone at BSwift promising to escalate my case. Also stating that on Autopay my coverage should not stop. (Today someone told me I should not use autopay!) - HOW CAN A COMPANY have a system that has REMOVEDin failure concerning a medical necessity. I AM A PHYSICIAN and this is absolutely outrageous.Review fromJasmine L

1 starThis company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I signed up for insurance through my company and paid on July 12th. It is now August 5th and they have not been able to activate my policy with Anthem. I have called/escalated 5 times now and every time the agent talks about having to send a file over. This clearly is not effective and not working.Review fromKatherine C

1 starMy employer started using bwift for our insurance while I was on a long term disability leave. Apparently, I owed a balance on my health insurance and it was cancelled without any notification at all! When I called BSWIFT to pay the past due balance and have my insurance reinstated, nobody seemed to know how to do it. They tried to send me back to my HR department when HR told me to call them. Im on a medical leave and need my insurance. I find it hard to believe in the only person this has ever happened to, last I heard someone was supposed to escalate this situation and get back to me. I havent received a call back yet.Review fromAnn-Marie R

1 starBswift is the administrator of my employers benefits. While on a leave for a work injury, I was required to pay my insurance premiums out of pocket as I was not receiving a paycheck from which to deduct them. The premium was paid in full by check which was promptly deposited. Two weeks later I received a threatening notice saying I had not paid at all and my benefits are at risk of being cancelled. Either this is a phishing scam to see who will double pay or this company is too big and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Additionally, when they send a threatening bill, they do not send the calendar period to which the premiums apply or any clarifying information. Its just a request for money.
