I applied for my ascp and sent over my transcripts on June 12th, I took my certifying test July 6th. On July 11th, I received an email stating that I was missing my transcripts and that if it was not corrected by July 5th, then my test results would be invalidated. I called their customer support and they said I had to email a specific person, which I did. I received no response over a week after my email. I emailed their generic customer service email and was told I needed to wait 8 weeks to have my transcripts processed. I cant get an answer on if they were received by the **** and why they allowed me to take my test if I didnt have the certifications.Initial Complaint

I have repeatedly attempted to contact the organization over a concern about my certification expiration date merger. They have failed to respond since January. On or around January 26th, I used the **** mobile website to submit my declaration for the ********************* Program (CMP) for my Specialist in Laboratory Safety (SLS) certification. People with certifications from this agency must obtain and track a certain number of continuing education credits every 3 years to maintain their certification. This recertification also required a payment of $95. I received notice a few days later that my credentials had expired. I was very confused since I had just gone through the process of renewal. I contacted the **** via email and just now (February 5th) received a response telling me I had submited my CMP for a different credential, my Specialist in Cytotechnology. This certification does not expire until ****. The mobile website for this agency is extremely difficult to navigate and it is possible I made the error. However, I was not given an alert, not allowed to apply the payment to the correct credentials, my SLS certification has been taken away (I can pay a *small* fee of $125 + the original $95 to have it reinstated AND the expiration date on my accidentally renewed SCT didn't even change so I'm extra confused as to why, if I inadvertently paid for it, I didn't even get another 3 years before it expires again? I just want a chance to have my payment applied to the correct certification without being penalized. I should also add that I did attempt to call the agency on the morning of February 1st at ****. Their office opens at ****. I was 7th in the queue. I remained 7th in queue for 15 minutes before I left my callback number. As of today, I have not received a call back. I feel this was an error that could have been easily resolved with just a little understanding, flexibility, communication and an ounce of customer service on their part.Initial Complaint

Fraud. Local testing site....I sent e mails to ascp with no feedback...I took test 4 times, I passed it....discrimination as well and violation of rights...bill adjustment , and compensation, they paid me less all this time, due that problem. ..took tests around 2017....check data pleaseCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: I passed this test, I was discriminated by locals, test center and others behind this,technology....you need to call me , so I can clarify this matter,I have a big case of discrimination going on...for years,it is too complicated to explain by email only. I did take it 4 times.

Their system stole $215 from me and I have taken the necessary measures to receive a refund. Their policy states no refund which is understandable but what about when your system unknowingly charges someone's card? I went to process my payment but canceled it due to realizing I didn't have all the necessary documents to apply. The system notified me that the payment didn't process then the next day I see a charge. I contacted my bank to make them aware I did not authorize the charge immediately!!! They informed me I needed to reach out and resolve with the company which I did. I even offered to apply the money to another application for which I know I could test. They informed me they wouldn't be able to do that so that's $215 I'm out of money with no resolution. Due to a system error on the company's part. I'm a single mother and I don't have that type of money to be wasting especially when I can't even apply the funds to somewhere else. This testing site is horrible and I woyuld hate to think how many others have lost money like this!!!!!!Business response

A payment was made in error, through bank **** pay of $184, in July. Have contact company x6, told I was approved for a refund by *******************. Have yet to receive, they no longer communicate with me or respond to phone calls or emails. I have sent all the needed documents and request, with no reply.
