August 13, 2021 I took my car in for an Tune-up and *************** When I got my car back, the car is leaking oil and my front wheel drive shaft is missing.Business response

To whom it may concern,
I just received light of the letter sent to Oil Plus, I apologize for the delay in response to this complaint. I do however in fact remember this customer who filed the complaint. He brought in a *** X3 and stated he needed a tune up, we were busy at the time so we told him we would need time to take a look at it. When we finally had time to bring it in, we noticed a decent amount of oil on our parking lot, mind you we havent done anything to the vehicle yet. We merely lifted the vehicle inside our shop and saw the major leak as well as missing parts in the vehicle. We notified the customer that he bigger concerns than a tune up and he would need to address these more severe items first because it would be a waste of time and money to make repairs to one thing when other items were more pressing. His reply was that he never had a leak and somehow we did this. Seeing his aggressive and accusing response, we instructed him that we will not be working on your vehicle and to come pickup the car in other words we didn't want his business due to the nature of his tone towards us. We have been in business a very long time and we dont stay in business by stealing or causing damage. If anything we give more than we ever took. I brought the car in at noon on August 15th I park my car in front of the garage, i went pass the shop on Friday-Sunday and notice my car was still park in the same spot. I had to call them to see why I havent heard back from them about my car. I spoken to them on August 19th, we did have some words over the phone, he stated to me that they couldn't stop the oil leak and i asked him are we speaking about the same car, because I had no leaks. then he told me to come pick up the car becuase they never touch the car, when I arrive on Thursday August 19th I notice my car wasnt park where i park it when I drop it off. I asked him why wasn't a oil leak in the spot i parked my car at for 3 days, my car was sitting in the same spot from Monday-Wednesday, I pass by there to go bowling. I did call the police while i was there and the owner told the office the samething.

I am rejecting this response because:I never told them I took it somewhere else, the Complex I stay in, the residents can have any leaks, flat tires. I have proof of this in writing from the complex and I have the office name that came up top the shop.
