    They are a scam I asked for full coverage insurance and when a accident happened they said.that I have full coverage but they don't pay for the car rental.I told them I wanted car rental withy full coverage.They have been two months and counting my car is still in the shop.I can't even pay rent now.

    **************** is horrible! Everyone there is not helpful and very incompetent. They took money out of my account and giving me the run around about a refund. At first it was I had to wait four weeks and it will be returned to my card. The four weeks came and went, still no refund. I call in, and now they are sending a check. Call back a few weeks later after I still havent received anything no check no refund to my card and no one knows whats going on. 0/10 i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

    I'm sorry the service here is really BAD!! The hold time on the phone to talk with someone is just ridiculous! I was looking to add my van. Not a '' Commercial vehicle" to my policy. To many times calling and holding to just hang up! hour hold times!! I will forward this to the Better Biasness ***** as I don't be leave you to a 5-star rating!!

    I PAID MY PREMIUM ON THE DUE DATE MARCH, 3rd. THEY CALLED ME ON MARCH, 6th AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. I RETURNED THEIR CALL AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 2- HOURS AND DIDN'T GET TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THEM ON MARCH, 7TH INFORMING ME THAT THEY HADN'T RECEIVED MY PAYMENT. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES ON WEDNESDAY AND WAS WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND STILL DIDN'T SPEAK WITH ANYONE. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ON THURSDAY AND WAS TOLD THAT MY PAYMENT HAD JUST POSTED....6-DAYS LATER. I'M GOING TO CANCEL MY POLICY AND GET MY PAYMENTS REFUNDED TO MY CARD.
