I provided this business money to help with helping find apartments. I not only Paid $60 for services, but she provided me a list of apartments that had non working numbers and no return calls. I have tried calling, she was suppose to provide another list, when you call, you can't get through and you don't get return calls. I would like my money back.Business response

Hello BBB, thank you for arbitrating this situation. First, let me say that I am sorry the client is not happy with the service here at
A B Apartments. Secondly, the clients do not have to set up appointments, we explain that feat to them before they come to the office that we are happy to arrange all appointments( that's what the SERVICE fee of $60.00 is for)and if/whenever a client is not satisfied with our service we are happy to reimbursement their fee of $60.00 with a handshake and a smile.

Iiesha ******Sorry at no time they called anyone for me, she provided me one list, and was suppose to prepare another, never received a return call after calling multiple times, still until this day I have not heard from her. I was also told that my monies was non-refundable. So I will try to contact them again to obtain my money back.

Pursuant to your letter referencing the above case matter. Iiesha reqistered in May 17, 2021, at that time we gave her a list of about 12 availabilities in the area she requested and again on the MAY 18TH she requested we email her more locations and we did. We also reminded her to let us know when she wanted to view these units. Company policy is that we schedule appointments for the clients they are informed before they come to the office. On May 25th Iiesha requested we give her another list which we are sorry to admit we failed to comply.
The application clients fill out do state that service fee is non-refundable, but we aim the please our clients because we do appreciate them and issuing a refund back to her would be an uncomplicated procedure.

Iiesha ******i only received one listing, called and requested a second list, in which I never received, the lady was suppose to call me back, she never did, so that is when I decided to report this company to BBB. I was told to let her know if I couldn’t get ahold of any of the people that I called on the list and was not able to, I let the lady know that no one called me back, that is when I asked for another list and was told I would get it around 2pm the next day and never did. This company have done nothing to help and they still don’t answer the phone when I call.
