Had a leaking sink in my kitchen that I couldn't repair myself. I called Lanz, they have me a realistic time estimate, got someone out, and he have me a fair quote before starting work. He had to pull out the noisy tools to get the locked-in-place nut off, but that didn't change the quote and he was still done in under an hour. I also appreciate that the tech fully tested the new seal, and that he wore booties every time he came inside to keep my floors clean. Polite, helpful, fair price. Excellent company! They take care of ALL of my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. Always top notch professionals, very conscientious of your time, and client solutions-based (not only here to sell)! Sewer line cleanout. The workers were very courteous and attentive. However, they said because they could only go from inside the house with a 3" line, they were unable to completely clear the line. But watching the video of the camera line, didn't look like they went all the way and there was still some obstruction at the junction with the main line. Seems like they could've made at least a dent in it with the 3" device even if didn't not totally clean it but guess that was the reach of their equipment. $600 and little change. Said it would cost $200 more to come back. Either way will have to install an expensive outside 6" cleanout to get the job done.Review from Colleen & Fred P

Excellent company. Been using them for years. I have all systems checked by them. Very polite and personable. I had Joe check all plumbing systems and he gave me suggestions that might save me problems in the future. Also technician Victor, who I request , checked my heaters and also gave suggestions to improve the performance of both my AC and heating units. Great company.Review from Margaret J

Lanz Heating & Cooling, Inc. saved my Sunday! My bathroom sink faucet started leaking badly early on a Sunday morning. I called several companies. No one was available to come to the house to repair the leak. The Lanz employee, however, taught me how to turn off the water under the sink while he waited on the phone. I do not know what I would have done if the water had not been turned off. The Lanz employee was patient and generous with his time for no reason other than kindness and sheer professionalism.Review from Dave B
