do not buy from illinois lift equipment you ll be burned like me and ended up paying more for repairs.. beware of this company for buying lifts.. bought a **** cat forklift me and my friends went to check it out and everything was fine and they were gonna credit for the parts which they did but they send the wrong stuff and not all the parts received. and when we went to pick the forklift up there was hydraculic fluid leaking pretty bad . and we told ************************** he was the sales man .. i try to tell him its leaking fluid . when we came first time it wasnt leaking fluid but when we came to pick it up leaking pretty bad .. and i told him if can get that fixed he said we sold it as is and credit you the parts. so brought it to our shop and called the equipment depot in rockford illinois . they came and took it to the shop got it fixed. But there were tons of issues which cost me extra 6800$ brakes,leaks from numerous places and hoses. try to deal with the company so at least they can pay half of the cost . nope. again i would never buy from them again or do business with them again.. please do not buy from there and dont get burned like i did...

We are sorry you feel this way but you're leaving out some important information. You personally inspected this forklift before purchasing it. You had an immediate need for a forklift, so you accepted the lift in it's current condition with a labor and parts credit to make necessary repairs. We provided a tracking number for your parts along with a packing list of the parts we agreed to send you. Your forklift shipped in October of 2023. After almost 3 months of use, you contacted ************* letting him know you had a brake issue. Everyone receives a 30 day powertrain warranty that covers internal failures in the engine or transmission. The 30 day powertrain warranty would not have covered this brake issue even if you had filed it within the warranty period. Please understand, this is a 24 year old forklift, problems can and will happen randomly at any time. You did not have these brake issues when you picked up the lift and we can cannot be held liable for a repair 3 months post sale. We are more than happy to provide dealer pricing for any parts you may need, please contact our parts department if you would like to place an order.

Look elsewhere for your lift needs. The customer support is appalling even down to the company picking up the phone in any department. Ordered a forklift on February 22nd and waited 2 months while waiting for them to get my lift to a service tech to be inspected. I no longer had time to wait, which I believe is their sleazy approach to their customers, so I requested a refund of my payment and cancel my order. I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee even though the lift had not even been inspected. I declined and ask if the unit could be sent with a credit of an estimate required to fix the minor issues. They obliged and within a week I had the forklift. In the last email They wrote, Your unit will run, drive, stop and operate as intended. We will also steam clean, grease, and top off all fluids as well too. My forklift will crank up, but will not move, has dirt all over it and inside the engine bay, will not lift the forks and constantly beeps. Ive called the office/departments multiple time and no one will get back to me. If I do not have a response within the next day there will be legal action pursued.

*****, we are sorry to hear you had an issue with your order. You were informed of our lead times before you purchased your lift. You were updated throughout the process. Towards the end of the transaction, you decided you wanted your lift before we could make repairs. At that point, we sent you a detailed condition report and offered you the parts to repair it along with a labor credit. You had a small issue when receiving the lift, you spoke to our tech but the problem was no longer there. That was the last we heard before you left this review.

Don't buy from them! We bought a used forklift from them in January as an "As Is" purchase. The forklift was not delivered until April. Understanding that the "As Is" may have faults or leaks, but said to be in good working order. What we received was far from good. Engine immediately started to smoke when turned on. We had the factory technician come out to survey what was wrong with it. Blown head gasket. When steam is coming from the oil cap, it's pretty obvious that this is not "good working order." We have asked for our money be refunded and for them to come pick up the forklift. Crickets. Have not heard anything from them so we have started litigation proceedings to recover our money. Be weary of any purchases from them.

******, I apologize you had an issue with your lift, but we don't feel your review was fair. You mentioned you received your forklift in April but shipped on March 3rd? Your technician made a diagnosis based on a visual inspection of the engine. He did not provide any mechanical or diagnostic tests to verify you had a bad head gasket. In good faith to you, we accepted that diagnosis and offered you a full refund. All that we asked was for you to ship the lift back and we would process the refund (this was over text message with your salesman). We are still willing to honor that, please let us know.
